Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. House was very clean. We traveled down for a wedding with teenage daughters and it suited our family's needs at a fair price.

Everything was clean and linens were very nice. I would recommend a baking sheet for the oven but otherwise the fountain and fireplace were soothing and nice touches.

The property was reasonably priced, in a decent area, and very clean inside and out. I would've prefered more/better towels as I forgot mines at home. My biggest issue was gaining access to the home. The access code did not WORK! We arrived around 8pm the first night, and was locked out until we discovered the key. The second night we tried the code again, no luck. We tried the key several times without success. We were outside in the dark for at least 10mins with no success! My sons went arount the house hoping to gain entry through another door, again without success. Unfortunately they had to gain access thru the window in the the gargage by removing the air conditioner and squeezing thru. Unfortunately the plastic trim on the AC came off. We tried to re-attach it, with no success. We left it on the floor in the garage. Overall I give this property a D-! I assume you'll bill me for the AC trim, which should'nt be much as it seems to be a old modile. This was my 1st B&B rental. I think I'll stick to hotels. Also, I tripped on the uneven floor in the garage, luckily I didn't hurt myself too bad. I suggest that they change the color on the the step, as it looks like 1 level
