About this property

Newly designed with modern decor, we offer a private country like setting close to everything!

Our one bedroom, one bath guest house boasts a full kitchen, large living area, private outdoor space and a fenced in area for your pets!

The guest house is located at the end of our property about 100' from our house. Secure guest parking is in our driveway and pathway lights line the way down to the guest house.

The guest house is bright and has a huge patio door affording views of the outdoor space. There are no neighbours behind the property just open tree lined fields.

Blackout, light filtering curtains and pull down shades allow for privacy and sleeping in.

The guest house is completely set up with all you will need to enjoy your stay.

We also offer pet sitting / dog walking for an extra fee. This allows our guests to tour our beautiful town worry free! Please note: We have endeavored to provide a safe environment for your pet(s), however we will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur, however caused.

We are walking distance to Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary, for bird enthusiasts, Kennedy Woods for the hikers as well as Chrysler Canada Greenway, a 48km multiuse trail as well as other local trails for cycling.

Quiet retreat

Great accommodations for my brother and I visiting family. The outdoor space is so tranquil and such a relaxing atmosphere after two days of renovations at my son's house. Thanks for providing the portable bed too. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch and we enjoyed it with dinner :)

Cousin #60 Surprise Birthday Party

I located Jodi and Grahams Vrbo on line, first time staying at one and picked the best one! Located close to many trails, Jack Miners museum and downtown Kingsville, yet far enough away to hear the birds relaxing in their spacious backyard. My one year old pup, loved doing her “zoomies” running in the large yard. Inside, is cozy and very clean. Loved all the personal touches to make the stay so comfortable. I love birds, and with all the bird houses along the fence, even one at the kitchen sink window, sure puts a smile on your face.

Excellent experience

This is such a great, comfortable guest house. Very cozy, clean, and full of little details and perks, I wouldn't have thought of. Jodi and Graham are very friendly and accommodating, and being animal lovers, it was very nice for our Chihuahua to feel welcome as well. Kingsville and surrounding area has a lot to offer, and there are plenty of suggested local destinations included in the guesthouse info packets. ...although, I believe we accidentally had a sheet leave with us, so apologies for that 😳 A great get away spot. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay. Thank you for being great hosts. 👍

My husband Dave and I plus our 30 year old Goffins cockatoo stayed for 3 nights. The guest house was perfect. It was far away enough from our hosts house that we didn't have to worry about Louie being too loud while we were out having adventures. It was the perfect size and we loved having a full kitchen so we could have most meals there. We plan on returning in the future.

This is a wonderful property in Kingsville. It’s very private any quiet. There is a full size stove and fridge. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts were lovely people.

We moved back to Canada from Kentucky and bought this property with a lovely separate guest house.

We love nature and cycling and are walking distance to Kennedy Woods hiking trails and Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary and some great cycling trails.

We are close to down town (3kms) straight down the road, as just beyond town, Lake Erie.

Why they chose this property

We are just outside of town but still so close. It allows for much more privacy and peacefulness.

What makes this property unique

Our guest house sits about 125’ back from our home, therefore offering privacy. There is no behind neighbor. Our fully fenced yard allows for a private and quiet stay.
