The brand new kitchen is adorned in soft sea blue-green wall glass tile, boasts quality GE stainless steel appliances and is equipped with abundant smaller appliances and gourmet cooking devices and supplies. Enjoy in-residence meals at the impressive round wooden dining table that easily seats four, plus two more at the kitchen island. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled too! The ocean view lanai travels the length of both the living room and dining area for plentiful outdoor living space including sun coverage via the motorized shades. Access the expansive and lush tropical lawn area from all rooms. It's easy to walk down the lawn to the beach and pools.
