The Loft was in a great location for a graduation celebration from Mercer University. Parking is free from 8 pm to 8am. The loft is very clean and we felt very safe. It was nicely decorated and the beds were firm, which we appreciated.

The room was very cute and easy to access. We enjoyed being able to have to full kitchen and enjoy a couple of home cooked meals with the family we were visiting. The only drawback was it was very loud from the bar crowd on Friday and Saturday night but the rest of the stay was perfect!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, well appointed and great location downtown. The beds were super comfy! Please note that parking is offsite but we managed to score a front spot due to the week day rental. I would assume weekends may not be so lucky. Even though we were several units above the bar/restaurant, we did hear noise & music during the evenings, but it wasn't really that much of a disruption. Only noted here for families with small kiddos and early bedtimes. We will book again.

Macon Destination

What a lovely place to stay when you come to Macon for a concert or just to take in the great museums and restaurants. Very comfortable.

Music loft

Loved the decor very nice and clean and safe! Little dark at nite and 2 night clubs didn’t shut down until 2 am. However we did enjoy our stay!

Issues that were quickly addressed

A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good job of accommodating me.

Not Family Friendly

Where to begin. First thing we realized that there’s no parking spots, our option was meter or unmanned parking structure that required you to download app. Once we parked, trying to get in the lobby and get key to condo was like being in an escape room. The condo had an amazing view of the city and “night” life. Yes! Homeless people, prostitution, and clubbings. The condo we realized is above a very busy and noisy bar/nightclub. So, we hear music thumping until 1AM. Because we parked our car on the street(metered), we watched all night as people walked by our vehicles and homeless people looking in our cars. Did not feel safe at all. Not good if you have kids, but if you’re young and looking to party then this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The check-in process was so easy. The apartment was very clean and organized. The location was great! Right near restaurants, stores and theaters. Very walkable to a lot of local attractions. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Macon!

This unit was perfectly located to everything. It is also close to the Macon Centriplex where we went to a Fantasia concert. There’s a free parking garage about 5 minutes away and easy walking distance. The lounge right beside the unit was a very chill environment with hookah and drinks. There’s plenty of little spots near to eat and drink. The elevators take awhile to go up and down so just be patient. In the unit, my only complaint is that the rooms get a little warm because there are no ceiling fans. They have washer and dryers and everything else you would need. My friends and I definitely would stay again.
