- Smoking of any kind is restricted indoors. Marijuana use is restricted indoors and outdoors. There is a smoking area outside near the shed
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Drug use is prohibited

- Absolutely no sharing of door and alarm codes with unregistered guests
- No visitors are allowed to enter the home, be on the grounds of the property, or the pool area without a registered guest present
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. The booking guest must be present during the entire stay, or the booking will be canceled immediately

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Use the pool and grill at your own risk. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times
- The pool alarm must be kept in the pool. It may be turned off while the pool is in use
- Children must wear floaties in or around the pool at all times
- When children are present, keep all doors, including lanai sliding glass doors, closed and locked at all times
- Do not tamper with pool equipment
- Use bikes at your own risk. Wear helmets when in use
- Report issues, damage, or equipment failure immediately to Guest Contact & Evolve

- NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- NOTE: The property receives routine weekly lawn and pool service to maintain the grounds and pool
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the front entry, camera 2 is on the garage facing the parking area, camera 3 is on the front of the home facing the front yard, camera 4 is on the left side of the house facing the side yard, camera 5 is on the left side of the house facing the BBQ area, camera 6 is on the right side of the house facing the backyard and pool area, and camera 7 is on the right side of the house facing the gate. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion and will record while guests are in residence.
