Summary:
Tranquil one-bedroom apartment in Woollahra. Sunny Eastern aspect with spectacular top floor views over Bellevue Hill and Cooper Park. Just a short stroll to Bondi Junction, parks, cafés, restaurants and public transport.

The Space:
Top corner apartment with light and air from three sides; living room balcony; private balcony off bedroom with balcony furniture; built-in wardrobes; dedicated workspace in a private room; Wi-Fi; swimming pool; open plan kitchen/living; gas stove and oven; washer and dryer; one Queen bed; building has elevator.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Living room blinds MUST be drawn last thing at night, otherwise the morning sun comes in and roasts the stereo and leather chair.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet unit block. Trees and birds abound. Close to the rainforest of Cooper Park.

Getting Around:
Just a short stroll to the public transport hub of Bondi Junction. Two minute walk to Edgecliff Road buses. Free street parking available on Stanley Street and Chester Street.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

"Please note that from 15th Jan - 14th Mar, due to window replacement at opposite end of building, there might be occasional light construction sound in the morning. However, noise and disruption will be minimal."

Lovely appartment in a quiet area, convenient for transport links and shopping.
Very comfortable apartment in a quiet area with good views. Excellent facilities, making it feel home from home. Short walk to buses and trains and Westfield shopping centre. Some good cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with host.
