NEW LISTING! This recently renovated 5BD home is an ideal spot for your Wellfleet getaway. Set on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Lieutenant Island, this stylish and comfortable home has a large front deck where you can relax and enjoy Loagy Bay water views and fiery sunsets.

Enter a a nicely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and solid surface range. The kitchen opens to an open and bright main living area with sliders to the decks on either side of the house. The large dining table has wonderful bay views and a slider to the front deck. The living room has comfortable seating and large flat screen TV with cable. A slider from the living room leads to the back balcony deck. The vaulted ceiling gives the room an open and airy feel.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and views of the bay. One of the other bedrooms has a full (double) bed and the other has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with custom shower on this floor.

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the lower level. Pass through the laundry room with washer and dryer to the spacious family room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with cable, a ping pong table, game table and a lovely kitchenette with two wine/beverage coolers. A door from the kitchenette leads to the backyard and outdoor shower.

There are two bedrooms in the lower level. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower.

A/C Information/Location: There are four ductless split unit air conditioners on the first floor--one in each of the three bedrooms and one in the dining area of the main living space. Both of the lower level bedrooms have window unit air conditioners.

The large front deck runs the length of the house. There is an outdoor dining table, lounge seating and a gas grill. Barbecue, dine out and relax on the deck with Loagy Bay views. Super spot for a morning coffee and an evening cocktail.

The balcony deck off the living room has lounge furniture and wooded views.

There is an enclosed outdoor shower under the balcony deck.

The property is close to Lieutenant Island, the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking and walking path, Marconi Beach at the Cape Cod National Seashore and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. After a day at the beach, biking or hiking Wellfleet's lush trails, take a short drive to the center of Wellfleet for the art galleries, eclectic shops and amazing dining. Take in a show at WHAT, the Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre or head in to Truro or Provincetown for even more entertainment and dining. Short drive to Wellfleet's many freshwater ponds and ocean and bay beaches and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
