Seacliff is intended exclusively for registered overnight guests and peaceful private stays. Parties, events and gatherings of any kind are not permitted. This includes weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties and similar gatherings. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times unless specifically pre-approved by the host.
