Cute cozy getaway

Location of the property was really great in relation to the boardwalk, shops, food, and the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood, and great proximity for the air show too! The full kitchen was amazing, and very spacious for the size. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

It was clean , and the kitchen had everything like spoons, pans, plates , forks ,cups. Very quiet and safe area. I absolutely loved the private pool. I will be coming back with my family again I recommend harbor breeze for a good stay

Good location poor accomadations

The unit smelled so strong of cat urine. Called the management company and all they did was spray lemon scented cleaner and changed the air conditioning filter. For a no pet place there should be no reason for the foul smell. No offer of moving to another room or refund. Would not return to this location.

The location is the only positive. This place is DAMP and uncomfortable with security lights that shine all night into the bedroom. It was so damp I had to wash everything we brought; my pajamas smelled like sour laundry after being on the bed for one day. The bed was moist from the humidity and the window A/Cs did not fix the problem. Sheets are not supplied and there are 2 full-sized beds. The beds were ok and there were decent pillows, but everything looked low-end and the bedroom was shared with a large, locked storage closet and a large vacuum cleaner. The living room sofa bed was awful -- the mattress so thin and lumpy from being folded. Only a young kid could sleep on that. And there was an enormous chair that was comfortable but took up so much space in the small apartment that it was difficult to move around the living room area. The kitchen had enough dishes, but no good knife; no dishwasher.The security light was an obtrusive beacon outside of the bedroom window. It shined so brightly all night that the room was in low light even with the blinds and curtains in the room (the curtains were thin and ineffective). I couldn't sleep, so we had to buy full black-out curtains to get some relief. Between the sheets and the curtains, we spent an extra 100 on this rental which was not inexpensive for the destination.The check-in was a pain because you had to go ten minutes away to get the door code and parking permit. Overall, I'd suggest finding another rental.
