Newly built. Studio, loft has its own private entrance. Space can accommodate 2 adults in the loft and the queen pullout couch downstairs can sleep 2 more(futon couch). The home includes a queen bed, queen pull-out couch futon. Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave and coffee maker. Full bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom is located up a small staircase to a loft area, open to the space below. This space has a lot of natural light, beautiful mountain views and is private. Communal areas include parking space and outdoor patio area. Close to Downtown, Arizona Snowbowl, Lowell Observatory and The Museum of Northern Arizona. This is not handicap accessible. This is a great Vrbo!! Wonderful communication with owner and great neighborhood. Stairs are steep not good for elderly or under 2 yrs old . Fantastic rental !!!

Great place

This place was small but perfect for the two of us. Cute and quiet neighborhood. The stairs were fun but a challenge after hiking all day. Lol. The bed is a little too hard for me but overall the place was perfect for what we needed.

Clean Apartment/ Great Location

I enjoyed this property in its entirety. The images were an accurate representation of the apartment. It was very clean and the location is optimal if you are alright with a 5 minute drive into downtown Flagstaff. The directions onto the property and into the apartment were clear and easy to follow.

Immaculate and cozy

This was a great find! I appreciate the touches done in this property to make the visitor feel welcome. I stayed during a time period when a “bomb cyclone” was wrecking havoc along the west coast and into the Flagstaff area. The host made sure to shovel the path to the car, which I appreciated very much!

Quiet, clean, private loft apartment in nice residential neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Flagstaff. Full kitchen. Queen bed with memory foam mattress in spacious loft. Futon in living room. Steep steps to loft area. Roomy shower in bathroom. New AC - not needed in mid-June. Quick responses to questions from owner. Good landing place while visiting Flagstaff family.

This was such a cute place in a great area. The only recommendation I would recommend is just getting some shade covers in the upstairs bedroom. It does get bright in there in the morning. Other than that it was a great stay.

Such a cute place!

It was perfect me and my almost 12 year old son. I would caution those with young children or mobility difficulties; the stairs could be rough, but they were perfect for us. We were both navigating them like champs by the first morning. Very clean and had everything we needed. The property is tucked away in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I only wish we would have had time to take a nice walk.

A loft town home, in a residential neighborhood. This part of Flagstaff is very well established with close-in homes. The City of Flagstaff as some great walking and biking trails that can start with a block of this home. They go into town or towards the North, with a view of the Flagstaff peaks. I used the kitchenette as well as kitchen utensils and plates. They were very suitable for breakfasts and light cooking, which is all I do. The main bed is upstairs, but I mostly slept on the futon, which as comfortable. I simply did not want to go up and down the stairs at night. That was the single minor issue: the main bed is above the one bathroom. That is expected of a loft situation. The loft was very roomy, a second couple could sleep up there without bumping into each other

Pleasant stay

We had a great stay here! Our hosts are very friendly. The accommodations are very comfortable and quiet and we love that neighborhood with the bike/walking trail parh right there, so close to the downtown area but enough away to not feel the buzz, close to Snowbowl and hiking on that side of town. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Flagstaff.

Clean, Great Location

Cool little place with full kitchen and everything you need for a nice stay in the Flagstaff. Close to downtown (driving distance) and to Snow Bowl. Staircase is very cool but steep so be careful! Jill was also communicative prior to stay but allowed privacy though the rental is attached to the family home. Thanks for a great stay!

Little slice of house

House was easy to get to, as was parking. Everything was clean and prepared. Host was easy to communicate with, and very generously allowed me to stay an extra two hours after check out, which was a big deal for me. Two downsides- the space-saving staircase may technically be legal but it is sketchy and dangerous, especially to use the rsst room at night, I tried to avoid the upstairs bedroom as much as possible. Unfortunately the futon was extremely uncomfortable for sitting, but the tv had plenty of channels. I could see how it would work fine if you are just staying there to sleep and go skiing, or Lee the cost low and split a place with enough sleeping spots for more than 2.
