Very poor listing, please take care and research before booking. We were given no details on how to enter the property so when i finally figured out how to contact the host at 2pm when we were meant to go in, i got a call from another person stating that we couldnt go in as there was a plumbing issue and it was cancelled Stayz had to cancel the booking as they hadnt yet we still had not entry details and had to book alternative accomodation for 7 people at very short notice.

Poor communication and cancelled us on the day

Booking was made 2 months prior, no contact was made at all with me On the day of the booking itself, I had to reach out to obtain access information, and was informed that the house was not available for booking and so a number of us were left stranded on the same day. No attempt or effort was made to assist with resolving the issue. I can't think of a worse experience to have accommodation cancelled on the day itself, causing lots of stress and confusion to the group.
