Being along the beachfront, you may notice some activity during the day from passing cars or cycling groups on the vibrant coastal road — it’s all part of the lively seaside atmosphere that makes Sandringham so unique.

Inside this sparkling home, sensational style meets impeccable comfort. Relax in one of three splendid bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with top-tier comfort in mind. The Master Suite boasts a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom — an oasis of serenity for those seeking extra privacy. The other two bedrooms are equally welcoming, featuring a queen-sized bed and a pair of twin beds, with an additional 1.5 bathrooms to accommodate groups of up to six with ease.

For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything from a blender to a rice cooker, or you can venture out onto the vast balcony and fire up the built-in BBQ. Whether it’s casual breakfasts or long, lazy dinners, your holiday menu options are endless.

Unwind after a big day at the beach or exploring the area in the open-plan living area, complete with a fireplace for cosy nights in, smart TV for entertainment, or a spacious balcony for your morning coffee or evening wine.

There is free on-street parking available, plus one off-street carport space. Please note the off-street parking is best suited to smaller cars, as the driveway is narrow with tight turning space.

You’ll be within walking distance of Sandringham village and beach. Start your mornings with a 15% discount at Little Ray of Sunshine Café, famous for its coffee, brunch, and lunches. Beyond that, the Sandringham Yacht Club, premier golf courses, and lush parks are right on your doorstep, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
