The Tradesmans Cottage Two
This enchanting three bedroom, two bathroom cottage, adorned with an intricate stonemason frontage, sits on what was once the Porepunkah timber mill in 1915. Cottage Two is a newly built home and pays homage to its surroundings past whilst perfectly complementing its neighboring sister cottage.On arrival to this classic alpine home, with its elegantly styled interior, it wont take you long to appreciate the cottage and the unique picturesque setting in which it sits.
On entering the property, you are greeted by an open plan kitchen, dining and living. The space light and bright will draw you in to enjoy the comfort of the large couch perfectly placed in front of the wood fire.
Centrally located and just a short walk from Porepunkah's town center, it provides a unique and cozy retreat in a picturesque setting.
INDOOR FEATURES:

- Dining table to seat 6, stools to seat 2 at the island bench
- De Longhi coffee machine with a supply of locally roasted beans to get you started.

The Cottage has private access, manicured gardens, a fully fenced yard and a cubby house for the kiddos, ensuring a private and relaxing stay.The space provides a perfect opportunity to enjoy sunshine and glorious clear skies at different times of the day as well as sit by the firepit at night and toast marshmallows.

CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 In the event of a Natural Disaster or Government orders including but not limited to weather, illness, flight cancellation, major utility outages or lockdowns that result in cancellation of a booking held our standard cancellation policy applies. It is the guests responsibility to obtain DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover them for such events. By booking with Haus and Heim Accommodation the guest acknowledges the risk of a Natural Disaster or Government orders occurring with little to no notice and accepts the cancellation policy in full. We recommend all guests obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows.
2.2 Bookings cancelled, 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund (excluding the credit card fees).
2.3 Bookings cancelled, within 29-14 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit 50% of the total booking fee (excluding the credit card fees).
2.4 Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, will not receive a refund.
