The Space:
This modern studio is a perfect spot to recharge between beach days and exploring downtown, located just steps from both Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue and the shoreline. The contemporary condo building features a rooftop lounge with a refreshing pool, sun loungers, shaded dining areas, and a space to prep snacks or drinks. There's also a gym with ocean views to help you stay active while away.
Inside, the studio is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need for a smooth stay. The kitchenette includes updated appliances, cookware, dishware, a coffee maker for your mornings, and a blender for afternoon drinks. You’ll have both an indoor dining area and a table on the private balcony—great for meals or catching up on work.
Rest comfortably on the king-size bed with soft linens, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning. A wall-mounted TV across from the bed lets you relax with your favorite shows.
This space is ideal for couples seeking a stylish, well-located stay in the heart of Playa del Carmen.

You’ll be just half a block from lively 5th Avenue, home to countless restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, souvenir shops, and shopping centers. Walmart is just a few minutes away, and several of Playa del Carmen’s top beach clubs are within three blocks.
Getting Around:
The condo sits in the One Pralia Condo Boutique building, about 33 miles (54 km) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Travel times vary depending on traffic, so it's best to check your map app when you arrive. If you're driving, a limited number of unassigned parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis next to the building entrance. Just stop by reception when you arrive to check availability and get parking details.
Other Things to Note:
This property is located in the hub of downtown and there is a potential to hear common city noise.
If you arrive by car or if you plan on using one during your stay, please note that there are only a few unassigned spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The parking area is located right beside the entrance of the building. Once you arrive, please stop at the reception to ask if they have spaces available, and they will tell you the instructions. If there isn’t a space available, there are lots that charge by the day, and you can also park on the street just remember to pay the parking meter and display your ticket (from 10 am until 10 pm).
Remember to bring your bath essentials with you, like soap, toilet paper and any cleaning supplies you may need, like garbage bags or paper towels. We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. These items are not replenished each time you run out. This stay differs from hotel service. Here, these items are the guest's responsibility.
Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.
Daily housekeeping is not available however, if you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the pool hours and pool rules at the condominium complex.

This is a self-check-in unit using a code. Full instructions and all necessary access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
