Wonderful Stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We will DEFINITELY be back again next year! The house was beautiful, the location was great, especially being right on the water, and the kids had a blast swimming the entire week. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and the communication was fabulous! Not a bad thing to say! Definitely add this to your list if staying in Cape Coral/Fort Myers area!

Kein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Vorab, die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprachen der Wirklichkeit. Die Größe des Hauses super. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer top. Aber, scheinbar liegt die Priorität des Vermieters im schnellen Geld. Der Zustand des Hauses ist äußerst lieblos. Die Einrichtung billig und abgenutzt. Die Betten knarrten bei jeder Bewegung, schiefe Schranktüren, abblätternde Folie in und an den Küchenschränken… Nun zum Thema Sauberkeit: nahezu an jeglicher Stelle dunkle lange Haare auf Fußboden, Sofa, Kissen,… Küchenschränke innen schmutzig. An vielen Stellen klebrig. Schmutziges Besteck,… Die Terrasse zum Pool musste ich vorher abspülen... Auch hier Haare, Krümel, Plastik,…

Vielen Dank fuer Ihre Nachricht. Es tut uns leid, dass die Einrichtung ueber welche sich noch niemand beschwert hatte, nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Wir haben verwalten dieses Ferienhaus schon knapp 2 Jahre und hatten bisher noch keine Beanstandungen. Der Eigentuemer richtet das Haus nach seinem Geschmack ein. Wenn es Reklamationen zur Reinigung gab, waere es gut gewesen dass Sie sich direkt bei der Verwaltung gemeldet haetteen, so dass wir die etwaige Probleme fuer Sie haetten loesen koennen. Leider haben wir keine Nachricht von Ihnen waehrend Ihres Aufenthaltes erhalten und konnten somit Ihre Beanstandungen nicht korrigieren. Mit freundlichen Gruessen Vesteva Team
