Great getaway

We rented this property for Bridge Day Weekend. The property was clean and accurately described by the seller. The gym room was well equipped and the hot tub was fantastic. The owner was quick to reapond to questions and very helpful.

Great stay!

My wife and I came into town to do some hiking and kayaking at New River Gorge (NRG)! This place was a perfect location near shopping, the movie theater, restaurants, and only about a 30 minute drive to NRG! We really enjoyed our stay here! The place had everything! A home gym, a hot tub, a fire table, kitchen for cooking, washer/dryer, etc! For us, this was a great location and a quiet place for some rest and relaxation!

Wonderful little place

This little studio apartment was perfect for 2 friends meeting up. Checking in was simple, it has everything you could want or need. We did not use the exercise room, but it looked well equipped. We spent a lot of our time in the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit in the evening. It was out of propane when we arrived, but we talked to the owner, who was on-site, and mentioned it in passing. He went out right then and got propane, and had it hooked up by the time we came back later that day. Only 2 things kept me from giving it 5 stars. I think the description in the listing should mention that the studio is in the back basement area of a law office, because that was very confusing to pull in to a law office and we did not see anything that looked like the pictures. Secondly, is the bed. The mattress is extremely comfortable, but it's more of a day bed style and to fit on it properly you have to lay sideways, and then the pillows fall off the end of the bed. If we laid on it so that the pillows would lean against the headboard, then our feet hung off the end of the bed. And that was especially a problem my friend who is much taller than me.Overall, it is in a wonderful location. It's a quaint little place to get away and relax for a few days. If the bed situation was a little different, we would certainly be back time and time again.
