Great neighborhood!
We enjoyed the property and the location on the canal and felt at home away from home.
A few concerns we had after staying at multiple vacation properties over the years. First, wifi did not work as advertised for the first few days. It took multiple calls/texts to determine that the provided wifi information was incorrect. As I work remotely it was something I counted on from day to work. Secondly, the pool. First, when we arrived if was cloudy and the bottom looked scummy. After the first few days and some cleaning on our own, the pool maintenance person came and reported that the prior renters did something that caused some major issues with the pool and system. He added more chemicals and by day 6 it was clear and clean enough I wanted to go in. That was disappointing considering that was a major factor to us renting this location. Additionally, the advertisement for this space was not CLEAR about it being a cold pool. It felt like a bait and switch to be asked to pay more to heat the pool further. Those two issues were disappointing. Lastly, the supplies available to us such as dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. we’re trial
size or limited. am used to locations rented prior that provided basic amenities for longer stays- I mean one roll of toilet paper for 7 days? We bought our own as needed but it took an extra trip to the store during a vacation period.
I hope these concerns are handled and the next visit for others is even better.
