Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, close to everything you want - salons, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores & cinemas. The host was friendly & helpful. The apartment was super clean. Everything works perfectly. The city view from the living room is wonderful. I simply wish there is a TV in the living room but the available TV is only in the bedroom. Other than that, everything else is good and I recommend.
I would not recommend this property. The listing advertised 2 beds, for up to 4 people, but only one bed was provided. Despite my repeated requests at check-in and afterward, the second bed was never delivered. Despite this inaccuracy, the host refused to make amends in any way.The unit was also poorly equipped and not properly prepared for guests. There was no proper drawer set(s) for clothing, kitchen supplies were limited, and as a result, I bought or borrowed some of the basic essentials like cookware, garbage bins, and even glassware. These are things one would reasonably expect to be included in a rental marketed as a fully equipped kitchen with "hotel-style amenities".Additionally, I later confirmed with building management that short-term rentals are not permitted in this building, which of course puts the guest in an awkward position.Overall, this stay fell far short of expectations and of what was promised in the listing. The host was dismissive, not fully honest, and made no attempt to find a resolution that was mutually acceptable.
