This condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. It was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The appliances are all updated, beds and couches very comfy. You can tell this owner takes excellent care of the unit. Absolutely perfect location and the view is magnificent! Can’t wait to come back here again.

Gorgeous Views

What's not to like about this condo? The views are absolutely breathtaking! You can see both the sound and the gulf from the kitchen and living room. There is a nice gulf front balcony. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking everywhere you would want to go. We will definitely stay here again. Did I mention those beautiful views???

Easy checkin process. Great Location. Only negative is water pressure. Only one person can shower at a time, can not use a water facet while showering. We stayed in multiple other condos in the same condominium and did not have the water problem.

Property was perfect ! Updated inside and the view simply amazing. Some essential items could be beneficial such as a hair dryer. Only complaint was callling property manager to get a working tv remote took 3 days. I would stay in this condo again. Property management phone calls are repetitive and nonproductive. 3 days for a tv remote just unacceptable.

Glorious views!

This condo is an end unit and we had glorious views of the gulf and bay. This condo is full of light. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but there are no beach chairs or other little extra things to make your stay a little easier. It would have been nice to have a non-slip bath mat for the master as that tub was slippery. The beds are comfortable and the decor is very beachy. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t make ice very quickly so you may want to buy a bag of ice if you’re in a group or having a get together. It’s a charming place to relax for a while.

Huge condo. You could sleep 12 if you needed to it was so big (blowup mattresses). While the guest bath could be bigger to accommodate that large a crowd it worked fine for us 4 women. There was an issue with the master bath toilet and a ceiling fan but those were addressed. Fantastic views and right across the street from Native Cafe. The biggest issue was all the codes to get in and out of the property. Everyone complained about it. 5 Codes total. Insane.

Great Views & Lots of Room

Lots of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Great beach access. Corner unit has amazing views of the Gulf as well as the Bay. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t notice an issue with water pressure, but also set our expectations to deal with it accordingly. Smart TVs in all the rooms were convenient. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very nice! While the keyless access to the property is convenient, it seems most guests initially struggle with the keypads at vehicle and beach gates as well as at the lobby doors. We were surprised by a Blue Angels fly-by on Sunday afternoon, so we didn’t have cameras ready when they came down the beach, in formation, at eye-level on the 12th floor! Be sure to check their show schedule to see if they’ll be flying home on your Sunday.

Perfect Rental

My wife and I stayed here for the month of February 2021. The view from this 12th floor corner condo is absolutely amazing, you are looking eastward toward Navarre with miles of unbroken beach. The condo is fully equipped for 10 in terms of seating, dishware, flatware, utinsels, pots, and pans. Be aware that this is a bare rental, there are no spices or condiments-not even salt and pepper. There are minimal amounts of paper goods, soaps and detergents as indicated in the condo description. If you plan to cook or stay more than a few days come supplied as the nearest grocery stores are in Gulf Breeze. Emerald Isle is beachfront with a walkway to the beach with a coded gate. There are onsite maintenance staff present every day. The building is well managed and maintained. This was one of the best rentals ever!

Great condo

We stayed in unit 1201 for 5 days. We had two adults, our college daughter and two teenage boys. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Great views of the gulf and right on the beach. The property has a pool and a walking bridge to the beach. Our only complaint would be the water pressure. Couldn’t use the washer or flush a toilet if one of the showers was being used. If you did, the water in the shower would go to a dribble. Both showers cannot be used at the same time. That was very inconvenient but we made it work. In all fairness to the property, we did not complain so I don’t know if something could have been done to remedy that. Otherwise, great unit and we would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance of several restaurants/shops.

We loved the condo. I had a terrible time getting the correct all access code to get into the parking lot and into any of the gates to get on the property. It took me about 4 days to finally speak to someone that would assist me at Southern Vacation Rentals. Once we had the proper codes- it was perfect.

Nice but needs a lot

There was only one hand towel in the unit. The kitchen was not well equipped. We had to wash coffee cups every night (there were only four). Not a good selection of glasses. The floors were filthy. Balcony almost not useable (no ceiling fan) The ice maker was not working but was repaired in a timely fashion. It was difficult to open the front door (every time). It was not good to see what we paid VRBO and what we could have paid if we rented from Southern Vacations. The furnishing was nice and beds comfortable. We have rented many times before and this was the worst.
