With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this Pensacola Beach condo rental can accommodate for up to eight people. You can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and even the master bedroom. Emerald Isle 1708 also comes with an open dining area and a full kitchen. The kitchen comes stocked with all of the appliances, dishes and cookware you will need to create and enjoy savory meals during your getaway. After a long day at the beach unwind and watch the sunset on your private balcony.

Family Girls’ Trip

Had a great time at this condo! First of all, the panoramic view was amazing! The condo was well furnished, beds were comfortable, and everything was in great condition. Bonuses included: fridge with ice and water dispenser, dining table for 8, and enough living room furniture/space for all 7 adults to hang out together. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Views

The walls could stand a fresh coat of paint, not because of the super bright colors, but because of all the scuff marks. But that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rarely if ever get the whole family together and do anything. This year we decided to go to Pensacola and just reconnect. Emerald Isle was the perfect stay for us. The view was spectacular from the 17th floor as we watched Rays, Dolphins and large schools of fish dart about in the early morning from the more than ample balcony. It will be a family memory for many years to come. Can't wait to come back. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, look no further. The staff and condo are awesome. Not one problem here.

Great views

I gave this 3 stars, not because of the condo but the lack of management. None of the TV remotes worked the large TV in the family room - we don't know if they were out of batteries or wrong remotes. Everything was done manually to work - there are no instructions on how to work anything - so it was a total guessing game. The codes to the gate, to get inside and elevator were wrong or out of place. Also, with no instructions on how to work the code boxes especially the elevator (thank goodness we had teenagers who figured it all out.) I called management the morning after we arrived to tell them the dryer door handle was broken and we would need the dryer before we left, they never came to fix it - I repaired it myself - that its only temporary before someone pulls it off again. The kitchen could use some extra cooking utensils. We had to buy our own board games as the condo had none, not even a set of cards. Again, the condo was nice and accommodated our family, the views were fantastic and made for great family pictures. I WOULD RECOMMEND this place but management needs to be more involved and the owner could provide instructions on TVs, simple board games , fix the dryer handle and a few more kitchen utensils.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1708 is spacious & well equipped.The areas you need clean (countertops, main walkway, bedding, bathrooms) were clean. The mgmt co assured me that they would send someone out if it wasn't! Some areas are in need of a deep clean. The vents and AC intake along with the fans and light fixtures were caked with dust. This didn't affect our stay, so no need to complain to them. The sofas had quite a bit of sand on them, but the vacuum provided worked well on picking that up. The furniture is rather stained and torn in some areas, but the sofa was so comfortable! The kitchen has many pots to choose from along with baking dishes, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and colanders. There is plenty of silverware and 3 different dish patterns to choose from!The coffee pot is kinda on its last leg, but we were able to use it daily. All of the beds were super comfortable! The sheets are rough, but I noticed softer sets in the closet. Unfortunately, the bed frames are pretty rickety and some of the headboards weren't even attached anymore. Although the washer is pretty small, it works great and so does the dryer. The Emerald Isle is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. And right on the beach! The guys with chairs and umbrellas were great. The garage parking was nice. The balcony is small for the big table, but having seating for 6 was nice. The AC worked great! The only thing stocked in the kitchen is salt and pepper. We had a wonderful time and will probably be back!

Beautiful Awkwardness

I’ve never been to Pensacola before The place was absolutely beautiful and Everything looked exactly as promised! Me and my grown children and grandkids rented out the place for the week for my birthday. When we arrived it took us over a hour to understand all the different codes to get to the condo. The property manager had to come assist, the second night they tried to tow me and my daughters vehicles because we didn’t scan and register them the right way ( the adhesive still won’t come off the windows from the stickers) and everywhere we went on the property the other guest would scatter. Every time we went to the pools, gym, beach all of the white guest would leave. I tried to keep a positive attitude but it was very obvious they didn’t want to engage with my black family and wouldn’t even swim in the same pool as my black grandchildren. I have recordings of them leaving every place we went on the property. Very upsetting to think this still happens in this day in age. I really thought the area was beautiful and would have loved to make this a regular vacation spot but I will never come back to this area and especially this property.

Amazing views, fantastic location and amenities

My family and I (6 of us) had an amazing time at Emerald Isle. The location of the property is amazing. The beach is literally right there in the backyard and the location is close to bars and restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and was very clean. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable and the the TVs and internet all worked flawlessly. Communication and the check in/check out process was very smooth. The pools and hot tub were fantastic also. The views from the condo are priceless. We definitely plan on returning to this exact rental again someday.

Amazing View and Super Spacious!

We loved being surrounded by the ocean. It felt like we were on a cruise ship with all of the living room windows. There were only 4 of us, but we had tons of space and everything worked great! Next time we come to Pensacola we want to stay here!

Great Vacation
