NEWLY UPDATED! The views are spectacular from this Gulf-front 5th floor condo at everybody's favorite, Emerald Isle. Conveniently located right across from the Paradise Beach Homes office (makes check-in a breeze!), Emerald Isle is a 17-story high rise featuring two pools (one heated in the winter), hot tub and fitness center.

Emerald Isle 502 is a nicely-decorated two-bedroom sleeping six, with a king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathrooms both have vanity sink upgrades.

This is the best spot on the entire island from which to watch the Blue Angels fly during their annual summer beach show in now to reserve your spot! At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the condo, and complimentary wireless internet. Washer and dryer in condo. Located just one-half mile from the core area of the beach, shops and restaurants.

The condo was clean and the space was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was nice to have. The pool was nice and the beach access was great. There were a lot of security measures to access the parking lot and building which made us feel more secure. The actual building was under construction including the parking lot which slowed down getting to and from your room. Overall I would stay here again if we were back in Pensacola.

Great location

Place was stocked with basic dishes, was clean and had a great view of the water. We watched the Blue Angels from the beach and the next day watched from the balcony. Both ways we had a great view.

Great condo right on Pensacola Beach! This is our second year in a row staying at Emerald Isle and it never disappoints. The view from the balcony is top notch and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Location is key being right down the street from all the great restaurants as well. I would recommend anyone that wants a nice Gulf vacay to stay at Emerald Isle for sure!

Condo was as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Excellent view of the ocean. Close to everything so we walked mostly and that was nice. The trolley is fun and stops were nearby to get on and off. Would stay here again for sure.

BEWARE 5pm CHECK-IN TIME to an office across the street-management was very responsive and allowed early check-in-check-in hours are 5-6pm so be cautious if driving in from long distance-patio furniture was worn and rusting-cleanliness was average, fingerprints on doors-unit was very pretty otherwise and all appliances were functional -5th floor was nice for walking up since elevators can be overwhelmed at times

Everything was as described. The only complaint is the lack of elevators functioning. The beach is beautiful and a nice walk to the pier. It could have been a perfect vacation had the government shut down taken place. In any case, I would stay again and recommend it, but if elevators not repaired I would stay on the first four floors for stairs access.

The property was wonderful! The only thing to complain about was the locks on balcony doors were hard to lock and unlock. It took a lot of strength to do so. The property is located in a good area. You can walk basically wherever you wanted to go but its also towards the end away from most traffic. I would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Place and View

The condo was beautiful, everything was nice and everything worked great! My only complaint was the floors! Not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed! There was so much sand I hand to sweep when we got there! Overall a beautiful place and would stay again!!

Everything about Emerald Isle is great. Our unit was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was at the end of its life. Other than that, we will be back.

Great Stay
