About this property

Beautiful unit with 6th floor views! Beach chairs and umbrella service included!

*Included with this rental is two large wooden beach chairs and one umbrella. This service is seasonal from March 1 through October 31, so not during the winter months. *

This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom non-smoking Gulf-Front condo located on the 6th floor of a 17-story luxury high rise condominium. The property sits on multiple acres with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, so no road to cross to get to the beach. Simply walk out the back door to the pool area and you are steps away from the sun, sand, water & fun! Emerald Isle is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the Pensacola Fishing Pier. It is also home to the Blue Angles. You will have a front row seat from your balcony as they fly eye level to you during their July show!

In 2018, the unit underwent a remodel: kitchen, new flooring, & new paint. All basic brand new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee pot maker, and washer/dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with new plush mattresses and 4 inch pillow toppers added for extra comfort! The twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a king size bed if desired. The living room couches were replaced in February 2026. There is a full-size sleeper sofa and and a love seat that reclines. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room has a 65-inch wall mounted Smart TV. Master bedroom and living room area have a beautiful view of the Gulf through top to bottom sliding glass doors and balcony access.
Linens and bath towels are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators, rolling luggage carts, and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only. Free WiFi is also included.

We have several favorite places we enjoy visiting in the area and welcome the opportunity to share these with you. We will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your stay in our condo!

The condo was perfect. There was a little of learning when it came to the code to get in the gate and in the building. But once that was figured out we had the best time. Condo is clean and right on the beach. The umbrella and beach chair rental was included which was a huge perk. We will stay here again and have already told people about how great of a condo. Clean, close to everything and great beach/sunrise/sunset views.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Was very comfortable for our stay. The beach was stunning and the view from condo was beautiful. Great information was provided by the host on local restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. One elevator was out of service during our stay but is nothing the host can control. We LOVED staying here! We have a 13 year old and a 9 year old. The security made us feel so safe and didn't find it annoying. We also didn't need to keep track of a wrist band or a key. The condo was comfy and cozy. There were soft cozy blankets in every room. The beds were very soft and we all slept amazing. We felt very at home . It has a beautiful view of the ocean. It's also so quiet. We did not hear anyone above us or outside. The kitchen is very well stocked. The whole place is very family friendly and CLEAN! There are restaurants you can walk to and even putt putt! One of the most fun things was watching the Blue Angels fly past us on the beach and going to see them practice. (For Free!) Then we went to the National Aviation museum and spent hours! Pensacola offers so much and we were definitely NOT ready to go home. Thank you so much Natalie and Michael!

The condo was beautiful! It was equipped with all of the kitchen appliances and utilities that we needed. We appreciated that it had toilet paper, paper towels and soaps. A perfect location for walking to all of the restaurants. The condo complex was great too. It had 2 pools. One heated and one that isn’t heated. There’s a hot tub too. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Highly recommend renting from this host. They were quick to respond and made check-in easy. The property isn’t fancy but they are doing some updates in 2026. The fitness room is small and equipment is dated. Overall my family and myself really enjoyed staying here.

It has easily become one of our favorite places to vacation with Emerald Isle being one of the best condos in the area!
