Beachfront 2 BR 2 BTHRM 16th floor condo at luxury high-rise condominium, Emerald Isle, on Pensacola Beach! Upgrades within 1605 Emerald Isle include granite countertops, a King size Beautyrest World Class Resonance 13.5 inch plush mattress in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, 3 wall-mounted Smart TVs, decorative backsplash, chair rails, and crown molding throughout. Emerald Isle property amenities include 2 outdoor community pools (one is heated during the off-season), a hot tub, Gulf-side exercise room, private beach access, and a sauna! Walk to Casino Beach pier, and Red Fish Blue Fish! Here you're less than mile to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk!

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some weeks in July may be reduced to a 4 night minimum.

Special monthly (28 -31 nights) rates available from November 1 until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Our Birthday Trip to Pensacola

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our first communication with Jackie to our last communication with Noelle upon leaving,... this had to be one of the most pleasant vacation experiences we have had. Everything was explained in detail about the agreement, recommendations for good local eateries, the procedures for contact if any issues were experienced, and everything in between. The Condo was exactly as described, clean, well apportioned and comfortable. In the future, Pensacola Beach Rentals, Inc." will be "our" rental company !! (I highly recommend them for your Vacation !)

Nice atay

Condo was very nice. Very clean, just a couple of suggestions, needs potholders. And the bathtubs turn very slippery when wet. I fell in shower. Needs tub mat or sticky tub things. Loved everything else

Wonderful!

We stayed in this unit for 6 days. The view from the balcony is amazing! The furnishings in the unit are comfortable. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to the kitchen. The beds in both bedrooms are both kings and sleep comfortably. The primary bath needs updating to get rid of the garden tub. It’s very difficult for people in their mid-seventies to get their leg up high enough to get in to take a shower. Also, a chair-height toilet would be nice in there too. The front door opens with an old-fashioned key. Most of the units we saw use a keypad which is more convenient than fumbling in your pocket for a key.

Love Emerald Isle

Our 2 bedroom was perfect. Our view was perfect. The sun rises and sun sets never get old. We didn’t cook in the condo but it looked like it was well stocked.

Great condo and location

Everything was very nice. Fridge needs replacing.... Would love to have some general spices, salt and pepper, others spices.... Overall will stay again.... Very nice.
