Upgrades within 1605 Emerald Isle include granite countertops, a King size Beautyrest World Class Resonance 13.5 inch plush mattress in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, 3 wall-mounted Smart TVs, decorative backsplash, chair rails, and crown molding throughout. Emerald Isle property amenities include 2 outdoor community pools (one is heated during the off-season), a hot tub, Gulf-side exercise room, private beach access, and a sauna! Walk to Casino Beach pier, and Red Fish Blue Fish! Here you're less than mile to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk!

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

A nice place to stay for a couple of days

The view from the balcony was amazing! The water was beautiful and we saw a shark swimming in the ocean from our balcony! The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Clean - spacious - conveniently located

Had a great time saw lots of aquatic life from our balcony. The water was refreshing. The beach was not crowded and seeing the BlueAngels was a big bonus.

Fantastic

Condo was very nice. Very clean, just a couple of suggestions, needs potholders. And the bathtubs turn very slippery when wet. I fell in shower. Needs tub mat or sticky tub things. Loved everything else

Pandemic getaway

Stayed here just as the worldwide pandemic was ramping up in the US. It made For a Nice distraction! Condo was clean and comfortable. Could Use some updates and a keurig. Otherwise a nice condo.

Family beach trip

The condo location, overall building and grounds upkeep were great. When we arrived the condo was very humid and smelled like mold. There was enough moisture in the air that our electronics would not charge till late day two. After the air conditioner has been running. The master bath had mold on the ceiling and shower curtain

The property allowed extremely noisy construction for 3 straight days. It started at 8 am and lasted until 5 pm. The property manager did not help us nor offer to comp part of our stay.

Beautiful condo with spectacular view😀

Our condo was just perfect for our week stay on Pensacola Beach. View from 16th floor lanai was gorgeous. Saw dolphins swimming by most mornings. 2 Blue Angel jets flew by one afternoon. Check in after hours was a bit confusing as rental office is across the street from condo. After getting our keys, we weren’t sure of exact location of Emerald Isle and entrance was not well lit. Once we were in, we were very happy with our unit. Very well maintained and well stocked with necessities 😀. Location right on beach was perfect. Pools and hot tubs were also very nice and not too crowded even though we were there in March. We would love to return to this exact spot❤️

Wonderful!

We stayed in this unit for 6 days. The view from the balcony is amazing! The furnishings in the unit are comfortable. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to the kitchen. The beds in both bedrooms are both kings and sleep comfortably. The primary bath needs updating to get rid of the garden tub. It’s very difficult for people in their mid-seventies to get their leg up high enough to get in to take a shower. Also, a chair-height toilet would be nice in there too. The front door opens with an old-fashioned key. Most of the units we saw use a keypad which is more convenient than fumbling in your pocket for a key.

Family vacation August 2023

We have enjoyed the Emerald Isle, beach, pools, fitness room. Shops, restaurants were in walking distances. We walked to the fishing pier near main Pensacola beach and it was awesome. Kitchen has a lot of bake ware, and many different thing in order to make breakfast, dinner. We were supplied with dish soap, dishwasher pads, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and some shower gels/soaps enough for a couple of days. The nearest Walmart is about 20 min drive one way, which is super convenient. The hotel has storage unit on the ground floor, which may have some beach chairs, or swimming/ beach toys that you can borrow during your stay. But definitely you need to check with your management on what exactly you may borrow from the storage. I would definitely recommend for families with children. The canopy or umbrella is the must for summer, because you can get sunburn easily even with sun block. You may check the storage room first for the umbrella! / chairs, or can rent on the beach, or buy your own which ever convenient for you. The ocean is incredibly beautiful,warm, and enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early the day of our rental and checked with the management company. They had everything ready for us and we were pleasantly surprised that we could get in a bit early. The property has a wonderful view of the gulf beach. The location is ideal. The beach is easily accessed, the amenities are convenient. The building itself had some issues - elevator, gate and one of the pools all were not operational at some point of time during our short stay. The unit itself was nicely decorated and had most supplies needed. It would have been nice to have had a pot holder and a kitchen towel but neither was available. There were sufficient kitchen items for us to cook most of our meals and serve the four adults staying. During a severe thunderstorm in the middle of the night, the wind coming under the front door whistled loudly enough that it woke us. There were a few minor issues with the unit that the management company addressed immediately and professionally. They were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

(Something I’m sure that management wasn’t made aware of) The handle on the toilet also broke when I arrived and management was very gracious and very accommodating wanting to come and fix it. I chose to not have it repaired and deal with it for my stay and made it work. I will most definitely stay at this location again.

Nice Condo

Beautiful view!! No extra frills but great for families. Could use basic updates such as electronic door locks and gate access code to make easier for check-in process when using independent transport from airport(such as uber) and not having to run across street to access checkin and leave luggage near street entrance. Overall great place with incredible views.

Emerald Isle

First time to Pensacola Beach. We are 2 couples without children but were there during Spring Break. Traffic was light, restaurants easy to get into, nice beach.Facility is a little older but very clean. They keep things very clean, pool company was there everyday cleaning. Security is good with locks and fencing. also a very convenient location. Would defintely recommend.
