This is a consistent great review star ⭐️ 2 bedroom listing at Emerald Isle Condominiums located in the core of Pensacola Beach on the 9th floor . Gulf front located in the core of the beach and within walking distance to restaraunts, bars, and tourist shopping !! Lots of repeat renters and fabulous hard earned reviews. Beach chair service IS included in this rental starting March 1 through the end of October , 2024 that includes two chairs and one umbrella a $60 value A DAY approximately !

Ok let me get the fine print out of the way. We do not advertise on craigslist. I highly suggest buying travel insurance at the time of booking for unexpected cancellations to reimburse you if you need to cancel in the 3 week zone prior to your arrival . No pets and you must be 25 to book and staying on premise. No smoking except for balcony only if you must -0 tolerance for smoking inside .

This sleeps 6 max (including children) it has plenty of room for 6, a king bed in the master gulf front room , a sleeper sofa in the living room and a second bedroom which has a bunk bed that has two extra long twin beds and a queen . It is the perfect spot to not have to drive anywhere ! Feel free to email me with a list of other places I manage all online bookable via VRBO / Homeaway to see the awesome reviews . Take the elevator down to the ground floor and literally walk right out to the Gulf of Mexico and put your toes in the sand .

There are two outdoor side by side pools on premise . One is heated in the winter . Inside is a weight room and dry sauna. Within walking distance is restaurants , bars and shopping . You must be 25 to rent and be staying on premise .

This condo can sleep up to 6 people including children max . The is a two bedroom, two bath unit . The master bath has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunkbed with a queen bed and two extra long twins one on the top and one on the bottom and then there is also a pull out sofa in the living room.

First Timers

Wonderful time. Very clean and well supplied. Mary and Jeff were helpful and answered all our questions promptly. Loved the views. Spent lotd of time with family members who were next door to us. Definitely will be back!!

Excellent location and condo!

Our first visit to Pensacola Beach and very much enjoyed the area. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you’d need. Emerald Isle was great as well. All areas were clean and staff was courteous. Definitely recommend as a wonderful venue.

Expected a nicer condo

The security system to get in the parking lot gate and front door at the condo is seriously outdated, had to enter the code multiple times to get it to work or rely on other guests to let us in the property. The metal garbage can you see when you first walk in is rusty. The appliances in the condo are very old, the oven hasn't been cleaned in some time, the dish washer dry cycle does not work and dishes are wet after the cycle finishes. Every time I used the toaster I set the fire alarm off. The washer and dryer are rusty and don't work very well, I had trouble getting the washer to start and then we had to run the dryer 3 cycles to get clothes dry. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a shower curtain. It's hard to get and out of and there are no grab bars, it seemed unsafe so we didn't use it. The shower head leaked in the other bathroom and my husband tightened it up. There were chips from previous guests on the balcony table and under the chairs. It had a good refrigerator that made ice really well but it only has one shelf in the freezer. We were disappointed, not sure how this property got a 5 star rating?

Best Service Ever!

My mother and I stayed for a long weekend in February. Beautiful weather! The check-in process and communication with the property manager was the best. We had everything we needed by the time we arrived. The property gate and building are very secure. I have rented a lot of condos over the years, and this was the best service by far. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The toll bridge ends at the Publix shopping center, five minutes from the condo with a Crumbl Cookie store. I cannot say enough good things about Mary and her team, they were Awesome! We will absolutely rent again from her team.

I am not the owner of this fine piece of real estate but I manage it along with my business partner Jeff McCain who handles the maintenance .I handle the bookings and our housekeeper Christi is in charge of stocking up of the units and cleaning . We are a fine team We have been in this rental business for going on 9 years now and I’m very proud to say out of the 10 plus condominiums and houses that we manage ALL of them have a consistent five star rating for reviews. And in this biz that says it all .
Our motto and to be competitive is to make sure that everything we manage is stocked way beyond what your typical vacation rental provides which is slim and CLEAN . We provide starter coffee ,beach towels, lots of extras. We leave laundry detergent the small things that make life easier on a short term rental and the team I work with all takes pride personally in making sure you have a good stay . Our goal is to get repeat renters and we have on all other places consistently . Our goal is to make you feel like you are not just in a vacation rental but you are in a home away from home I want you to feel free to call or text me if you need suggestions ,where is the local grocery store ,where do we get some good seafood , what’s a good place to go fishing etc . Our house is your house !

The local grocery stores are only a mile or two away there’s a Winn-Dixie ,Publix and a Walmart. The Pensacola fishing pier is withing walking distance and that’s always a great place to catch fish and enjoy a cocktail at the Casino Beach bar .
