Located on the 9th floor with sweeping Gulf views, this unit is within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and local shops—no car needed! I am not the owner of this fine piece of real estate but I manage it along with my business partner Jeff McCain who handles the maintenance .I handle the bookings and our housekeeping is in charge of stocking up of the units and cleaning . We are a fine team We have been in this rental business for going on 10+ years now and I’m very proud to say our condominiums that we manage ALL of them have a consistent five star rating for reviews. And in this biz that says it all .
Our motto and to be competitive is to make sure that everything we manage is stocked above what your typical vacation rental provides and CLEAN . We provide starter coffee ,beach towels, lots of extras. We leave laundry detergent the small things that make life easier on a short term rental and the team I work with all takes pride personally in making sure you have a good stay . Our goal is to get repeat renters and we have on all other places consistently . Our goal is to make you feel like you are not just in a vacation rental but you are in a home away from home I want you to feel free to call or text me if you need suggestions ,where is the local grocery store ,where do we get some good seafood , what’s a good place to go fishing etc . Our house is your house !

Stunning gulf views , located in the core of the beach within walking 🚶♀️ distance to Bars restaurants and shopping which makes it really convenient. The local grocery stores are only a mile or two away there’s a Winn-Dixie ,Publix and a Walmart. The Pensacola fishing pier is withing walking distance and that’s always a great place to catch fish and enjoy a cocktail at the Casino Beach bar .
