**Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable for a short time. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the estimated completion timeframe of March 2026.**

The primary bedroom suite comes fully furnished and provides private access to your shaded balcony. It also comes with an en suite bathroom. Emerald Isle 904 also contains a second bedroom and bathroom, as well as a kitchen, which comes fully equipped with appliances, cookware and dishes. So, you can create savory meals inside your home-away-from-home when you are not visiting some of the incredible restaurants located just a short distance away from your condo.

Nice room with no problems. Amazing view sitting right on the beach overlooking the ocean. The pools and hot tub were nice but sometimes crowded. Biggest complaints you needed a code for every door everywhere and there was only 2 elevators. Would definitely return with the family again.

The condo itself was as described. Beautiful balcony with great views, Close to all of the good restaurants and easy beach access. Condo has everything you need if you plan to cook in as well. Only issue was the pools weren’t as clean as they should be and had issues with them all week.

The property was everything we needed. Communication was the BEST! I emailed a question and response time was super fast. We had a smoke detector battery start beeping and within an hour of contacting someone was there to replace it. The view is AMAZING. Will definitely return in the future.

Awesome relaxation

The check in process was easy, and all the needed codes were provided in plenty of time before check-in. It was clean, great location and a beautiful beachfront view. The only issue we encountered was with the wind blowing so hard it was difficult to open the door due to vacuum effect. The pedestrian gate code wouldn’t open the gate once you went out. The coming back in was difficult because you had to go through the car entrance gate. Otherwise we had an awesome time.

Lessons learned by booking with the third party vendor. No early checkin, no storage on site for bags if arrive early, no early access to pool or amenities (no amenities expect pool). Walked to our diamond elite status hotel and they gladly stored our bags and welcomed us with open arms. This site was under maintenance and only one elevator working. For the money spent I expect more. Too bad our hotel was booked otherwise we would have stayed! The condo is sub par! Needs mattress and pillow updates immediately. I tired to sleep on the primary bedroom mattress but ended up with shoulder and neck pain every night. With the price tag of 371 per night I expect more. No shampoo or other starters on the bathroom among additional disappointing for this rental. Will not stay at Emerald Isles again. Not a recommendation for vacation investment.
