Nice area and location, but they give me a hard time getting codes because they wanted me the same day of as I was driving to send them a bill of my address! Then once got there the place was horrible and dirty and needed cleaning and no one cared! No fresh washing supply, killed a few roaches! All curtains was so dirty it was sad!

This is my 3rd time to stay in this particular unit. We LOVE the view from the 17th floor, especially seeing the Gulf & bayside. However, we rented for two straight weeks & had to report numerous problems that sometimes took days to remediate, & in some instances, not addressed at all. We decided to look into other rental properties for future visits during our two week stay. The ceiling fan in living room did not work. Management provided two inexpensive box fans. Many of the electrical outlets did not work. One outlet in the middle bedroom sunk into the wall (likely junction box separated from stud) and maintenance replaced outlet cover telling us it was safe to use. Furniture in living room had tears in "leather" chairs & dining room had thin cushions with stains and torn fabric. Closet doors in middle bedroom were offset & would not close. Dust bunnies under every bed, layers of dust on all baseboards/trim. No dish soap sample in kitchen. No sponge, no dish cloth. We had to go buy brush & sponge to clean dishes. No sharp knives in kitchen, fridge shelving unstable & perhaps broken. Stainless bowl under hall bathroom sink. Door trim around entrance detached from wall. Paint peeling from primary BR bath cabinets. Special elevator code for 17th floor worked sporadically. Very few handicap parking spots available. Microwave light had to be replaced so we could see to cook on stovetop. Maintenance replaced on 3rd day and on 5th day the cover fell off into pot of food

Amazing View and Super Spacious!

We loved being surrounded by the ocean. It felt like we were on a cruise ship with all of the living room windows. There were only 4 of us, but we had tons of space and everything worked great! Next time we come to Pensacola we want to stay here!

Family Girls’ Trip

Had a great time at this condo! First of all, the panoramic view was amazing! The condo was well furnished, beds were comfortable, and everything was in great condition. Bonuses included: fridge with ice and water dispenser, dining table for 8, and enough living room furniture/space for all 7 adults to hang out together. Highly recommend!
