It is located in a quiet residence. All shops are within a radius of 300 m. Bakeries, butcher, mini markets, laundry, banks, restaurants, cinema, bars etc. At 50 m is the old halls transformed into a library, and shops below. The baths are 200 m away. At 500 m is the Fenestre Park with its many games (free) for children and its gondola station that access the Plateaux de Charlannes (beautiful walks in summer and cross-country skiing in winter). communication problem

We contacted the owner beforehand to explain that we were traveling on a motorbike and needed linen (actually as we thought there was linen as it said " "linen provided". But obviously it means ALL linen provided on request - whatever we think that it was not clear. On our arrival very tired after travelling many miles we find no towels at all and not a bottom sheet. We had to purchase travel towels. Although everything else was provided we did not think 8 people could possibly sleep there as suggested. Part of the problem was that the owner speaks no English and although before we went we sent email which were translated into French we did not always get replies. We had to get a friend to ring up and ask about the key as it had not arrived and was due to arrive after we had left (we were touring not going direct to address. It is very unusual not to have towels sheets etc and in all other apartments they have been supplied. Travellers of any kind do not want to take all this on their travels. There was not even a drying up cloth for the washing up of dishes etc. Location was good though and plenty of other things provided and the price was good.

Il y a bien eu un problème de communication par rapport à la langue. Comme indiqué sur l'annonce je ne parle pas anglais mais je me sers d'un traducteur. Il est bien écrit appt pour 5 personnes maximum avec location de linge de toilette et de nuit sur demande lors de la réservation. Ce qui ne fut pas le cas pour ces vacanciers. Pratiquement tout mes locataires préfèrent apporter leur propre linge, mais j'ai acheté tout ce qu'il faut au couleurs gais comme notre appartement pour pouvoir servir au mieux ceux qui souhaiteraient en louer. Mais habitant à 3h30 de La Bourboule je ne peux pas au dernier moment m'y rendre pour mettre du linge c'est la raison pour laquelle je préfère que la demande soit faite à la réservation. Je veux que mes locataires passent un agréable séjour et je fais tout pour ça et au vu des messages qu'ils m'envoient et des appréciations précédentes c'est le cas. C'est le principal pour moi et pour eux

Bel appartement bien situé

Proche de tout commerces. Une petite boulangerie qui ne paie pas de mine la rue derriere l appartement qui fait du tres bon pain. Parc Forest a 5 min a pied Le mont dore a 5 min en voiture et pleins de jolies endroit a decouvrir. L appartement n est pas bruyant car il ne donne pas sur la rue principale. Je recommande !

Nous cherchions un logement accessible pour un bébé et notre chien, à un prix abordable. Nous n'avons pas été déçu ! Le pied à terre hyper centre, tout est accessible à pied, possibilité de se garer à l'ombre. Nous avions demandé un lit parapluie et les hôtes nous en on prêté un sans problème. Je recommande !

Week end bourboule

Nous avons passé un bon week end à Bourboule. L'appartement est tres bien situé il y a beauclup de choses aux alentours. Nous avons fait le Parc Fenestre à seulement 9 mn à pieds. L appartement etait propre et fonctionnel. Pas tres bien isolé mais cela nous a pas empecher de passer du bon temps.

Le logement est très bien situé en centre ville, pas d'info données sur le stationnement, nous avons eu la chance de trouver juste devant la résidence et heureusement le stationnement est gratuit en ville. L'appartement est lumineux, au calme mais dans son jus. Quelques disfonctionnement sont à revoir selon moi: la plaque de gaz est très difficile à allumer avec un bouton cassé, l'électricité n'est certainement plus aux normes (la seule prise dispo est très proche de l'évier avec une multiprise 😱), mauvais écoulements de la salle de bain et bcp de déco inutiles qui rendent les lieux peu pratique. Bref correct pour un court séjour.

Résidence propre mais très, très mal insonorisée: on entend tout................. c'est un grand dommage car nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer; appartement propre et fonctionnel mais très, très mal agencé (surtout avec un bébé) car il faut traverser la chambre pour se rendre aux sanitaires: pas du tout commode!!!!!.....................
