My bright apartment of 38 m2, (two-star by Hydrotherapy Auvergne since 2007) at 49 Avenue de Verdun, offers a dream halt, enchantment rest in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park.

Located in the turret left on the 5th floor of the "Metropolis" former spa hotel, nice time, he has the privilege of its independence, its tranquility and silence (double glazing). (Elevator to the 4th floor)

Ideal for skiers, rendonneurs, patients, vacationers, my apartment can accommodate up to four people.

You will be seduced by the beauty and harmony of the landscape:
Dordogne, City Bourboule domes of the great baths, Hill Murat Quaire, massive "Banne Ordanche 1515m."
And take advantage of the nearby thermal baths renowned for the quality of their care: especially for asthma and skin diseases ... areas of well being and relaxation in these baths.

La Bourboule - Appartement vieillot

Appartement vieillot nécessitant une restauration. Miro-onde sale, et rouillé à remplacer Cuisinière grasse et four encrassé. Appartement ayant peu servi donc peu aéré = sent le renfermé. Abritel contrat = draps fournis, la propriétaire n'en fournit pas. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement

La localisation de l appartement est très pratique. Proche de tous commerces et de toutes commodités. Facilité pour stationner. Terrains de pétanque pour ceux qui aiment. Parcs pour se promener. Plein d activités niveau randonnées à faire.

On peut trouver beaucoup mieux !!

Même si vous êtes au dernier étage dans un ancien palace construit en 1895 et transformé en appartement en 1950, tout est resté dans son jus. L'appartement se trouve dans les ex chambres de bonnes . La communication avec la propriétaire a été difficile et l'accueil par le gardien a été déplorable . Le logement était inoccupé depuis des mois, les toiles d'araignées et l'odeur en attestent. Il a fallu relaver une partie de la vaisselle qui n'était pas propre . A noter que ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes très âgées ou à mobilité réduite ( escalier pour atteindre le dernier étage . Je ne parle pas du bruit continu du chauffe-eau qui chauffe en heures creuses une bonne partie de la nuit. Tout cela pour dire, c'est qu'on trouve à un bien meilleur qualité /prix à proximité surtout en fin de saison . ( c''est notre erreur d'avoir loué cet appartement). Donc vous l'aurez compris, je ne vous conseille pas cet appartement.

Bel appartement bien agencé et bien équipé. Super vue sur la Bourboule. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances à la neige avec notre petite fille (4 ans )qui à fait de la luge dans ce bel environnement et s'est super bien amusé au parc Fenêtre (très réputé à côté de la location).La Propriétaire est charmante et attachante. Le gardien est très Sympa et à notre écoute. Grand choix de petits commerces, Les habitants sont accueillants. Très bon rapport qualité prix location à conseiller.

Un bel appartement dans une magnifique résidence belle époque qui lui confère charme et une situation dans une tourelle du 5ie étage d'accès aisé lui apportant quiétude. Un très bon confort, un équipement des plus complets, une superbe vue, tout concourt à permettre un excellent séjour. La proximité des commerces, des animations, du grand et beau parc tant apprécié des enfants, complète le sentiment de bien-être. La magnifique région offre des balades et activités au gré de ses envies, flâneries, découvertes ou sportives. Merci aussi à la gardienne pour son amabilité et sa disponibilité. Une location à recommander.

Charmant appartement joliment décoré, très bien équipé et idéalement situé (plein centre ville face aux grands thermes). Calme et lumineux. La présence de la gardienne sur place facilite les chose et la propriétaire est charmante. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour agréable de 3 semaines dans cet appartement fonctionnel idéal pour cure (ou tout autre vacance) ; le dernier étage est sans ascenseur mais ce petit inconvénient est vite récompensé par le calme (sans voisin au dessus). Nous savons désormais ou loger pour nos futures cures thermales . Petit plus appréciable, la location est située en face des grands thermes (seulement un pont à traverser)
