My bright apartment of 38 m2, (two-star by Hydrotherapy Auvergne since 2007) at 49 Avenue de Verdun, offers a dream halt, enchantment rest in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park.

Located in the turret left on the 5th floor of the "Metropolis" former spa hotel, nice time, he has the privilege of its independence, its tranquility and silence (double glazing). (Elevator to the 4th floor)

Ideal for skiers, rendonneurs, patients, vacationers, my apartment can accommodate up to four people.

You will be seduced by the beauty and harmony of the landscape:
Dordogne, City Bourboule domes of the great baths, Hill Murat Quaire, massive "Banne Ordanche 1515m."
And take advantage of the nearby thermal baths renowned for the quality of their care: especially for asthma and skin diseases ... areas of well being and relaxation in these baths.

Appartement vieillot nécessitant une restauration. Miro-onde sale, et rouillé à remplacer CuisiniÚre grasse et four encrassé. Appartement ayant peu servi donc peu aéré = sent le renfermé. Abritel contrat = draps fournis, la propriétaire n'en fournit pas. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement

On peut trouver beaucoup mieux !!

MĂȘme si vous ĂȘtes au dernier Ă©tage dans un ancien palace construit en 1895 et transformĂ© en appartement en 1950, tout est restĂ© dans son jus. L'appartement se trouve dans les ex chambres de bonnes . La communication avec la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© difficile et l'accueil par le gardien a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©plorable . Le logement Ă©tait inoccupĂ© depuis des mois, les toiles d'araignĂ©es et l'odeur en attestent. Il a fallu relaver une partie de la vaisselle qui n'Ă©tait pas propre . A noter que ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes trĂšs ĂągĂ©es ou Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite ( escalier pour atteindre le dernier Ă©tage . Je ne parle pas du bruit continu du chauffe-eau qui chauffe en heures creuses une bonne partie de la nuit. Tout cela pour dire, c'est qu'on trouve Ă  un bien meilleur qualitĂ© /prix Ă  proximitĂ© surtout en fin de saison . ( c''est notre erreur d'avoir louĂ© cet appartement). Donc vous l'aurez compris, je ne vous conseille pas cet appartement.

Nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able semaine de vacances Ă  la neige avec notre petite fille (4 ans )qui Ă  fait de la luge dans ce bel environnement et s'est super bien amusĂ© au parc FenĂȘtre (trĂšs rĂ©putĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la location).La PropriĂ©taire est charmante et attachante. Le gardien est trĂšs Sympa et Ă  notre Ă©coute. Grand choix de petits commerces, Les habitants sont accueillants. TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix location Ă  conseiller.

Un bel appartement dans une magnifique rĂ©sidence belle Ă©poque qui lui confĂšre charme et une situation dans une tourelle du 5ie Ă©tage d'accĂšs aisĂ© lui apportant quiĂ©tude. Un trĂšs bon confort, un Ă©quipement des plus complets, une superbe vue, tout concourt Ă  permettre un excellent sĂ©jour. La proximitĂ© des commerces, des animations, du grand et beau parc tant apprĂ©ciĂ© des enfants, complĂšte le sentiment de bien-ĂȘtre. Séjour agréable de 3 semaines dans cet appartement fonctionnel idéal pour cure (ou tout autre vacance) ; le dernier étage est sans ascenseur mais ce petit inconvénient est vite récompensé par le calme (sans voisin au dessus). Nous savons désormais ou loger pour nos futures cures thermales . Petit plus appréciable, la location est située en face des grands thermes (seulement un pont à traverser)
