The Kingsley is an ideal place to relax and enjoy Victoria's picturesque King Valley. Enjoying total seclusion, it is in easy reach of the King Valley wineries (17km), Milawa gourmet region (19km), historic Beechworth (37Km) and much more. Totally surrounded by vineyards and farmland, this is a newly renovated farmhouse house with all new appliances. With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

The Kingsley is a modern large, well equipped house that is ideally suited to entertaining. With an outdoor fire area and plenty of exclusive space. There are 4 bedrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, fully operational laundry and a kids entertainment area.

We had an amazing stay. The host was attentive and helpful whenever needed. The house was perfect for our group catch-up and had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the fluffy towels were an absolute highlight. We’d happily recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Our stay at The Kingsley was amazing. It iwas such a great property for our family and extended family to stay together, pleanty of space for all.The house and gardens are beautiful. Our hosts have thought of everything, and all the little extras and luxuries were appreciated. We highly recomended this property to anyone with a larger family wanting a base to explore the King Valley. We will definitely be going back to stay , hopefully soon.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This home is so relaxing and it's lovely to watch the cows and little birds flitting around outside while staying warm inside. Everything is provided and it was very luxurious.

Where do I begin? The most amazing place, exquisite sheets, towels the most comfortable beds, the place was immaculate and decor so exquisitely designed. Coffee and food, wine and staples like eggs, milk and delicious bacon and bread on arrival. Heated bathroom tiles, the garden was divine. The pantry was so thoughtfully stocked with herbs and more. If I could give them a 100000 stars I would. My girlfriends and I were so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful & warm home. Thank you so much! We wanted for nothing...XX

Home away from Home

A quiet get-away fit for the whole family. Loads of space inside and out and very clean. Communication was brilliant from the hosts, and nothing was ever too much trouble to assist us with our stay. Even had our firewood for the fire pit loaded in a barrow and undercover as there was some showers predicted during the day. Beautiful surrounds and perfect location. We will come and stay again.

The best family holiday spot

We stayed at The Kingsley with our 3 adult kids and their partners, plus our 2 dogs, for a week in Summer. Every one of us absolutely loved our time there - the house is excellently appointed, with everything we could possibly need and so many different spaces for us all to relax in without being on top of each other. The garden is just divine - beautiful shaded lawns and a fabulous fire pit. The location is really conveniently located between Milawa and the wineries, with a great little cafe and pub in Moyhu. The icing on the cake was our hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful
