Welcome to this comfortable family-oriented basement suite centrally located at St. James. The house is located seven minutes from the Winnipeg airport and five minutes from Polo Park mall. Winnipeg downtown business district and the Canada Life Centre are only a short trip away. There are numerous restaurants such as the popular St. James Burger within walking distance. Other family attractions close to the home include The Assiniboine Park, Sargent Sundae, and Living Prairie Museum.

The beautiful decor, and perfect finishes, will make this your ideal place to stay. Whether you are here for vacation or work, this family-oriented basement suite has all you need to have a memorable stay.
This 2 bedroom suite is in the St. James neighbourhood of Winnipeg and is close to all you need. The two bedrooms have double-sized beds and walk-in closets to keep all your belongings.
The kitchen is tastefully furnished with top of the range stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need to cook your ideal meal.
Your comfort is our priority. The unit has a fast and reliable internet service for all your devices and gadgets. There is a 55 inches smart TV as well - all you need is to login to your favourite streaming service such as Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube, Amazon and continue watching your favourite shows and programs.
The entrance door has a smart lock and your access code will give you access throughout your stay.
One parking spot is available behind the house and street parking is also available in front of the house.
You'll have full access to the basement suite during your stay.
