It’s close to town yet, private and lots of space.
What makes this property unique
This property is on the edge of a forest and there is a variety of critters of all sizes that will frequently pass through and visit.
Another interesting thing you can do in the evening, starting about an hour before sundown, is count crows. All the crows from all over the area, come and stay in the trees close by. They will fly in pairs, murders, and sometimes by themselves. I wonder how many you can count? I’ve counted hundreds. If you are an early riser, before sunrise, you can hear them making a commotion as they are waking up and heading to their destinations for the day.
