Built in 1834 but upgraded and Located across the street from beautiful Stewart Park and steps from shops and restaurants. With no residential neighbours, you have your own private location yet right in the heart of downtown Perth. The space Home features two bedrooms located upstairs. First bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closest. Second bedroom has two twin beds, upon request twin beds can be joined together using king bedding to make one king bed. Both rooms feature room darkening blinds and new linens. Upstairs bathroom has a new tub and handheld shower head.
Main floor has an open concept kitchen and dining room with a large dining room table perfect for making memories with friends and family. Kitchen features all basic cookware, new Nespresso Vertuo machine and electric kettle stocked with an assortment of teas and coffee pods.
Living room features a brand new queen Beauty rest pullout couch, gas fireplace and a 50inch tv with Roku guest access. Free Wifi also provided.
Main floor bathroom has a glass door shower.
Large enclosed seasonal front sunroom with two seating areas, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Large backyard. Guest access Guests will be provided a keypad code prior to check-in. Entry will be at the back door. Please note the keypad is dark so if you cannot see the digits, shine your phone flashlight to illuminate. Please exit and enter via the back door as guests will not have keys to lock the front door. Other things to note Parking available for 2 vehicles, parked one behind the other. Please note this driveway is narrow so use caution when entering and exiting. Paid parking lots available next doors as well.
Stairs feature a retractable safety gate and double railings for additional safety.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Perth at The Blue House, comfortable, clean, has everything you need in a home away from home, close to everything Perth has to offer and excellent communication from the owners. We will look to stay here again the next time we come to the area!
The location was amazing. It’s a very cute little cottage. It had everything we needed. Wish the seating in the living room was a bit more comfortable to be able to hangout. But overall, it was a nice stay in Perth.
We had a lovely weekend in Perth. The house was the perfect size, clean, was indeed centrally located, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks to the hosts for the easy check in, checkout and instructions about parking. We’ll definitely be back!
Our trip was a quick in and out - just one night - but it was a nice spot. A little tight getting the vehicle backed up through the narrow entryway for parking - but it worked. Our truck is big - other folks wouldn't have a problem. We also had a bit of an issue with the electronic entry code - but the hosts fixed things up immediately - and said if we needed to go out again it was ok to leave the door unlocked as the neighbourhood is incredibly safe. That was good to hear! Neat, cozy and centrally located!
