Saint-Malo, rent a T1 bis for 3 people on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift, intercom, south-facing balcony and bicycle cellar. The residence is located between the SNCF TGV station and the beach of the train path. Intra-Muros is 900 m away. The decoration is at the same time very neat, cozy and vintage. It combines the comfort of modernism and the charm of the old. Pets are welcome and I can pick you up at the station. A mini-market and a bakery complete the whole, at the foot of the residence.

Excellent studio with everything you would need.The host was very accommodating and helpful.Parking (payant E4 a day) was not always easy. Intra muros was a long walk for us.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, Kommunikation in Englisch sehr gut möglich, da wir leider kein Französisch sprechen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Die Einrichtung entsprach genau den Bildern und wirkte neuwertig. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, die wir im Keller gut unterbringen konnten. Wir würden diese Wohnung nocheinmal buchen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour de quinze jours. L'appartement est très bien situé pour une arrivée en train (ce qui était notre cas). Nous avons pu parcourir le GR34. Visiter la ville de Cancale, Dinan et Dinard. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. La propriétaire est disponible et très accueillante.

super studio

agréablement surpris de l'accueil de Mme Procarci nous a très bien expliqué l'ensemble du logement et des choses à faire aux alentours se Saint-Malo-Cancale ses bonnes huitres et belle ville de Dinard. Pour nous c'est à refaire avec plaisir avec Mme Procarci. affaire sans hésiter et logement très propre et très calme .

Trop petit

Dommage que ce logement annoncé pour 3 personnes est vraiment trop petit, l hôtesse très accueillante et navrée de notre déception, très propre et joliment décoré. Il ne manquait rien, sauf la place.. heureusement il a fait très beau. J ai apprécié le petit cadeau souvenir.

Je suis désolée que Suzanne ait été déçue. Elle s'attendait à ce que l'appartement soit plus grand. Le titre de l'annonce informe pourtant clairement qu'il s'agit d'un studio, le sous-titre précise bien qu'il n'y a pas de chambre. Sur 47 avis, j'ai 37 avis notés 5/5 et et 9 avis notés 4/5. Parmi eux, de nombreux avis mentionnent que la location est conforme à l'annonce. J'ai conseillé à Suzanne d'utiliser les filtres pour sa prochaine recherche, en particulier, si elle souhaite une chambre séparée. Sur ma lancée, j'en profite pour faire de la pub pour ma location. Celle-ci possède un balcon exposé plein sud, il y a un ascenseur, le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, j'assure un service de bagagerie, l'accueil, j'accepte les animaux de compagnie. Elle est à 10 mn à pied de la plage, 5 mn à pied de la gare et pour couronner le tout, je pense que son rapport qualité-prix est excellent, sans vouloir me vanter !!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à Saint Malo. Le studio est impeccable, très propre et très bien situé. Il est bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Un vrai petit cocon dans lequel il fait bon rentrer après une journée de balade. Isabelle nous a accueilli très chaleureusement.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé et propriétaire très accueillante !

Logement très bien situé, près de la gare, avec arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Isabelle est très chaleureuse, de bon conseil pour les restaurants et visites à Saint-Malo et ses environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci encore de votre accueil !

Je suis moi-même désolée de ne pas avoir pu répondre d'une manière favorable à la demande de Dominique. Mais il m'a demandé l'annulation de son séjour, puis le report de son séjour 2 jours avant son arrivée, pour cause de covid. les connaissances d'annulation sont connues au moment de la réservation, et sa demande n'etait pas éligible à un remboursement. Je regrette qu'il n'ait pas souscrit une assurance annulation avec le risque Covid.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement convenait a nos attente, la ville, particulièrement intra-muros est très agréable et la propriétaire était sympathique et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement.
