10 of us stayed at the house and it was great. Super fast communication with the management company and the cleaners did a great job prepping it. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 We're thrilled to hear your group of 10 had a great stay and appreciated the fast communication and the hard work of our cleaning team. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Great house for a larger group. Everyone was comfortable. Bathroom lighting upstairs could be brighter but was not a hindrance. The water went out once but the host arranged for maintenance to come by within 30 minutes and it was fixed. I would stay again!
We stayed here with two families (9 people total) and it was great. There were plenty of beds and plenty of space in general. The location wasn't ideal (not super walkable to a lot of things we wanted to go to, especially for small kids) but that was my fault! The kitchen is small so if you're planning to cook for a big group be aware of that.
We had no issues with this property. We always had great communication with the host and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be coming back!
There were two families in our group and we enjoyed the property very much. The majority of the time we spent in the living/dining areas and of course bedrooms. We were able to walk around some, and when we were picked up, since a lot of places were close by, the rides would be 10-20 mins. Nights were SUPER quiet. We asked for portable heaters which may not have been available, but in the end, we managed well with the cooler mornings and nights. One of the restrooms had a light that was extremely dim so don't expect to be able to put in makeup in that restroom! Baths were fine in there though. Great place, as described and pictured.

Pics are not the same - old and moldy
Property was very dilapidated compared to the pictures on VRBO. I was there with a group of guys and we enjoyed having a lot of space. However, things were worn out and mold was found in the property. There was a rat that came in and ate through our trash bag and ripped it apart at night. The property’s bathroom lights did not emit enough light. I found hair in the sheets. The couches and seats were extremely worn out or in a gross looking condition. It was hot at night, the top floors trapped the heat compared to the rooms on the bottom. The towels were old and need to be replaced. I found stains on the bed and pillows. The bathroom smelled really bad of mold!! So disappointed with that. From a pricing standpoint, I didn’t see value. The booking process was annoying because they kept asking for IDs; there was no security there to confirm if the people in the IDs actually showed up. The ID process was a waste of time and not helpful in any sense of security. The location is okay. I enjoyed the backyard., but there were cigarette buds found in the soil outside.

Bachelor / Bachelorette Visit to CDMX
Overall, this location fit our needs and number of guests. It was in a good location to let us explore CDMX, we primarily spent time in Condesa and Roma Norte. Easy access to a couple shops and cafes walking distance from the rental. The outdoor space was pretty fantastic, and we utilized it whenever we could. Bedding and towels were adequate, and the bedrooms were perfect for our crew of 12. Though honestly, I don't think the rental can take any more than that. Our biggest issues had to do with the bathrooms. When we arrived, they reeked of mold, to the point where several of our group started to develop very bad allergic reactions. Airing out the rooms helped a bit, but by that point the damage was done to our guests and we had to get them medication to manage. A more adequate job of cleaning the bathrooms is critical from the rental management.Lastly, the entire house has clearly aged compared to the pictures. Water damage, chipping paint, the general fit and finish of the rental did not live up to the images. Lighting was poor, and didn't reflect well in pictures we took for celebrating our event. And the key / entrance management to the property was awkward, at best. These aren't the biggest issues for us, but still, worth mentioning.Sadly, we wouldn't want to stay at this location again. Pretty much everyone in the crew agreed we could do better next time. We think this place can be great, but it needs some fixing up.
