Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and beach were a short walk away. The house was clean and stocked with toys for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The unit easily stayed cool and comfortable. The area felt safe for our family.
Loved the ease of checking in and the closeness to the beach. We were able to have a family get together all in the same house and it was wonderful! We usually need to stay in different hotels but this made it easy to be together.
Everything was wonderful!! So clean and everything was just as they said. So many extras that other properties do not offer. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend Lewis Realty - they are very professional and helpful!
We recently stayed at this property in North Topsail Beach and overall had a great experience with a few frustrations worth noting. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location just a short distance from the beach. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel comfortable and inviting for our entire group. The beds were very soft and cozy—perfect if you prefer that style of mattress like I do.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including some fun extras like a Ninja Slushie machine, which was a nice touch. The basement was another highlight—it was fully equipped with entertainment options and had plenty of beach gear available, including chairs, buckets, umbrellas, a sand stroller, and more. It really made beach days easy and enjoyable.Customer service was also a plus. When we had an issue with the front door keypad not working properly, the response was quick and a maintenance technician came out the same day to fix it, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a few downsides. The hot tub was not in good condition—it was dirty, cold, and needed water added, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were workers pressure washing properties every single day of our stay, starting as early as 7 a.m. The equipment was extremely loud and often parked right next door, even when they were working a few houses away. It was disruptive, and we were surprised when we returned one day to
The house is very conveniently located close to a beach access. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was amazing! The only issue we had was a leaky refrigerator. I let the host know immediately. I was told they would send maintenance over the next day and they would call me. I never heard from maintenance. It was annoying having to clean up the water from the floor so no one would slip.

There were several mix ups that impacted our stay. The rental company sends out multiple emails stating nothing is included at the home including paper towels/toilet paper/hand soap etc. This was confusing when we arrived with included items and all of that was provided. When we arrived there was a mix up with the owner and he was already at the property but left abruptly. The house smelled like cigar smoke and multiple toilets were dirty and un flushed. There was batteries missing from remotes and we found a pill capsule on the floor which was concerning having small children around. There was a large unsecured tall dresser in the bunk bed room, which is a safety concern. The beds all had a package of linens on them and Lewis realty stated that this is so that renters know everything is clean. This was disappointing for our group trying to make bunk beds and all other beds after a long travel day. They reached out multiple times to come back to the property for small things and seemed understanding when these issues were brought up and offered to send cleaning services to remedy bathrooms. Overall the property was really well stocked and in great proximity to the beach. There was a lot for kids to do and the pool was an added bonus.
