Wonderful stay

The condo was clean and quiet with a great view. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill every night to cook dinner. The condo is within walking distance of the grocery store, the downtown and the river walk. Check-in was seamless.

Perfect Homebase

This was the perfect spot to call home for our trip to Red River. The location is unmatched with easy accessibility to the mountain, rentals, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed and our kids loved the Kids Zone space just a few doors down. We would absolutely visit again.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean!!! The beds were comfortable with crisp clean sheets. They even smelt so clean. We were able to walk to all the things in town- hardly ever took our car anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay. 10th year visiting Red River and first time staying at this condo. Walking distance to everything, clean, spacious enough for our family of 5. Nita was so quick to respond to my questions, even though it was on a holiday. Will definitely be booking again.

It was great. This is our fourth time staying at this condos second time in number five. But first time with Evolve. They had hand soap at every sink and plenty of wash clothes and towels. The housekeeper texted us her name and phone number in case we needed anything. We met her when we arrived and she was very nice. We didn't need to call her because we had everything we needed. It was very clean when we got there.

It’s was perfect and will definitely stay again. Clean and communication was wonderful. It had everything we needed. Coffee filters, basic seasoning. And a plus a whole bag of ice. The view of the slops were awesome. We got snow all weekend and it was awesome! I know rare on spring break. But it was perfect. Skiing was also wonderful.
