You stay here for the view. It is unmatched for privacy and ocean views. The reservation process was awkward. After booking with VRBO, you are contacted by a rental listing agent. This contact seemed to want another deposit that we already paid VRBO. Took a few emails to sort that out. Upon check in you have to pick up the keys from this listing agent that is about a 15-minute drive and then return them on check out. No towels or sheets are provided. You can rent them but just buying them at Walmart was much cheaper. Check out also hast the longest list we have seen at a VRBO for things they want done to the place. Wonder why we also had to pay a cleaning fee?! All that said, we would stay here again for the location.

My wife and me and our dog had a wonderful time on Eastham! The house was perfect and the view was SPECTACULAR!! We come to the Cape every year but this was the first time we rented a house. We will again!!

Seaside escape

Pretty little house with a killer view. Dirt road access is a bit bumpy from probably rain but once you drove it a few times you knew how to avoid the worst ones. Great location to go explore the outer cape and many great restaurants near by. New grill gave us the opportunity to cook. Interior was big enough for 3 adults and one dog. Yard was perfect for the dog since it was fenced. Great deck to relax or to eat. Had a few minor issues with water but resolved fairly quickly.
