The space
The master bedroom with personal ensuite opens out onto the main front deck via a stacker door. Watch the tidal water ebb and flow from the comfort of bed and the city lights glittering on the horizon at night.

A smaller second bedroom, has a private ranch slider and easy access to the second bathroom. Access to the laundry is through a set of bifold doors in this bathroom.

The functional kitchen has lots of storage and views out the window to the sea. A breakfast bar allows for the cook to be kept company while they work or for a quick breakfast on the run.

This apartment is located downstairs on the bottom floor. The downstairs apartment is accessible via the internal staircase and is completely self contained, lockable and alarmed independently of the upstairs apartment.
