INDOORS
This is it! Spectacular, impeccably updated open floor plan. This condo boasts two main suites, with walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island with a range. Newly updated ceiling fans and plenty of natural light illuminate the spacious floorplan. The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, including an air fryer, has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal! The open living area has a leather power reclining couch, 65in. Smart TV, and a dining table with seating for four. Parking is in the attached two-car garage (space for one car). Property features a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Both spacious bedrooms have patio access, and feature king-size beds (Two USB ports on either side of the headboard), 55in. Smart TVs, and large walk-in closets. The primary bedroom has an En-suite bath. Both updated bathrooms have vanities with plenty of storage and walk-in showers. There is no bathtub.

OUTDOORS
Relax on the south-facing extended patio with pergola. Features include a new sectional patio set, with seating for 5, and a fire feature. The patio dining table seats 6. The community pool and hot tub are just steps away and are open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. There are 8 newly resurfaced pickleball courts at Freedom Park located 0.6 miles away. Gated Community with 24-hour security. The Palm Desert Resort is a gem in Palm Desert!

Extremely Impressed

This condo is immaculate! Great location, stunningly clean and extremely stocked! Everything was easy, great communication with the property management company! When we visit Palm Desert we will DEFINITELY be staying here again and again! Love the patio, the quiet community and pool was so close! Overall this gets more than 5 stars from us ! Great place overall!

Coachella fest weekend stay

The place was perfect for our stay. We stayed for Coachella weekend, the place was clean and well maintained. All of the enmities worked perfect.l and the kitchen was fully equipped all we did was bring our own food, cooked and didn’t even have to worry about utensils. The place was a short drive to the tennis gardens for the shuttle pick up for Coachella which was awesome didn’t have to deal with the traffic headache closer to the festival. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend.

Spring break

Great location for a spring break vacation, close to the Living Desert zoo and the golf, tennis, pool were great fun for the kids. Condo has all the amenities needed.
