Dark and dingy

Apartment is 10 feet away from a cement wall that blocks all natural light. Unit ill equipped. Only 2 dinner plates, 2 mugs, 2 bowls, 1 towel, 1/2 roll toilet paper. Management unresponsive to plumbing and lighting problems.
