About this property

Enjoy this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the 6th floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Sip your favorite beverage while on the large balcony that overlooks Terry Cove Bay and the gorgeous grounds and pool area. The view is Fantastic! Spend the day floating along the Lazy River or relaxing by the pool. The little ones will enjoy the kiddie pool also. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs await you on those cooler days. It also offers a state of the art Fitness center if you feel the need for some exercise.

This unit, #2608, has a fully stocked kitchen complete with everything need to make some of the wonderful seafood that is available around here. the Master has a King Bed, large flat screen TV, and a garden tub in the private bath. The Guest offers a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and it's own private bath.

Get comfy in the bright and cheery living room area and create your favorite drinks in the large Wet Bar area. Living Room has a sleeper sofa if needed.

Phoenix on the Bay II is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping, movie theater, entertainment and a great concert venue.

Orange Beach fall visit

We always enjoy staying at the Phoneix on the Bay II property. This property in NOT beach front so it is much quieter than beach front ones. The condo unit was in like new condition, clean and stocked with the needed items for our week+ stay. Jodie (condo owner) was ready to answer any questions and is a very good host. Highly recommend this property and unit

Beautiful

Large accomodations great views, nicely decorated, excellent alarm system,garbage truck broke a water pipe. I would stay there again. I was so comfortable never even went site seeing, just relaxed.

Excellent Vacation Spot

A great property in an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the beach but close enough to enjoy all the vacation spots. The property was in great shape and the lazy river is a big plus. Jodi is a great host and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We love this rental property! Excellent communication from the owner and very clean! This is a great location - quiet and away from crowds, but only a short drive to restaurants and the beach.

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for my family! It was close to everything and the staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend if you want to be in a quiet and low traffic area.
