South Seas Tower 3-1607: Beautiful South View of the Beach
ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
The view from this 16th-floor South Seas condo encompasses nearly the entire Marco Island beach! It features a large balcony with a southern exposure, accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. It comfortably accommodates six guests, offering a Master Bedroom suite with a King Bed and walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with two Twin Beds, while the Living Room includes a sofa bed suitable for young children.
Plenty of amenities in the South Seas complex with Tennis, Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard, Dock Rentals if you bring a boat. Well Equipped Fitness Center and Large Heated Pool. Beach Access thru the Pool area with a 10-minute walk to the Gulf waters. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. Pets - not allowed

Acommodations were great. We had a beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony ( have to go to the beach to see sunsets).
There were 3 sliding glass doors accessing the balcony.
Our only complaint was the king bed in the master bedroom was noticably uncomfortable and very squeaky. Other than that we would definitely go there again.
