Whether you're preparing a meal, enjoying a lazy evening in the living room with an AC unit, or hosting a dinner with a view, this open-plan layout effortlessly combines comfort and sophistication, making every moment a memorable one in this seaside oasis.

Step onto the balcony, an extension of your living space, where the gentle sea breeze and the rhythmic sound of waves create a serene backdrop for relaxation and entertaining. Bedroom one (master bedroom):

This retreat is meticulously designed to provide a restful escape with its comfortable mattress at the centrepiece of this sanctuary for sleep. This room is also complete with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, its own air-conditioning unit and an ensuite.

Modern walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity.

Bedroom two:
Fitted out with a comfortable king bed, this room features a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.

Bathroom two: This bathroom features a vanity, shower and separate toilet. Both bedroom two and three have adjoining access to this bathroom.

Bedroom three:
Complete with two comfortable single beds and two trundle beds, this room features a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.

Laundry:
The laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as an outdoor balcony complete with an outdoor clothesline.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making cooking while on holiday easier than ever.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the shared pool area. There is space to park up to two, small cars in the secure, underground garage. There is also free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in Kings Beach, wander down to the water's edge for a swim in the surf or a dip in the saltwater sea-pool, have a bite to eat at one of the boutique cafes, watch your children play on the playground or water play area or take a scenic stroll along the 25 kilometre coastal boardwalk and soak in the amazing views.

Getting Around:
The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 1km away (3-minute drive) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.

- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive

- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore! The Caloundra bus station is on Bulcock street and the closest bus stop to the house is 750m away.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
