Tanya and I have enjoyed vacationing at Sauble Beach with our two boys for the last 20 years, so much so that we decided to buy the actual cottage we had rented and enjoyed for years. We are slowly freshening up the cottage with new paint, new kitchen floor and some new furniture, but we love the rustic charm this Sauble original cottage has!(especially the regal red carpet in the great room!) We love the location right across the street from the best beach in Ontario. We love the clean, clear shallow water at Sauble Beach, it is great for families especially with young children learning to swim. After a day of fun in the sun we would wash the sand off the children, take a short walk downtown to the arcade and have some more fun, then top off the day with a treat from Dairy Queen. The kids always fell asleep fast after a long active day, and we could enjoy the night watching the stars at our campfire. We would love to share this special spot with you, and know your family vacation will be full of fond memories.

The sunshine and warm sands are steps away in this beachfront 4 bedroom Cottage. After a full day of activities, fall asleep with the sounds of the waves lapping at the shore. We have a large, private treed lot with ample beachside parking for up to 4 cars.

Enjoy fireside chats and roasting marshmallows with family and friends in the private back yard around a large firepit. Relax taking an afternoon nap, swinging in the large hammock on the front patio while family prepares dinner at the BBQ zone in the private backyard dining area.

We are a five minute walk to downtown and all the shops, restaurants and family fun spots. Aerial Adventure park, Giggles Arcade, Mini Golf and more.

We have free WIFI in the cottage with a new flat screen TV for your entertainment needs, and games and DVD movies for those quiet family nights.

Our spacious cottage sleeps 8 guests and has all the amenities of home included. You will need to bring sheets for 4 double beds and pillow cases with blankets, pillows are provided if needed. Please bring with you all toiletries and bath, beach and hand/kitchen towels. We are on well water for toilets and bathing, and provide a water cooler with an extra bottle for drinking. As we are on a holding tank we encourage our guests to conserve water with short showers and only flushing toilet when necessary. One bag garbage permitted for weekly rental only, please take additional garbage to the dump outside of town.

Your nightly fee includes the mandatory 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax which we will remit to the town of South Bruce Peninsula on your behalf.

We encourage you to enjoy the outside space but be mindful of local bylaws, particularly excessive noise after 11pm. We do not charge a cleaning fee as our guests are required to leave the cottage in the same condition it is found. Please clean up after yourself, wipe surfaces in kitchen and bathroom, and sweep and vacuum floors before checkout.

Please note; We have a minimum 7 night rental period in July, August, September.
Minimum 3 nights and weekend rentals available off season June and October only. Check in is 4pm checkout is 11am.
We require a $500 damage deposit for incidentals. Guests may purchase optional property damage protection through VRBO booking to cover damages Damage deposit not required if proof of insurance provided at time of booking.
