Overall happy with our stay
Overall happy with our stay. The location was close to everything we wanted to do (mileage wise) however travel times varied greatly due to the constant congestion and heavy traffic. It took us over 20 minutes to go 2 miles almost every time we returned to the home. The house itself had typical wear and tear that you would expect in a rental. It met our needs for the trip but you could tell this was a rental property as opposed to a family's vacation home that they rent when not using. We did contact the property management company with a couple minor things. They were very responsive and resolved everything quickly. The layout of the home is great and rooms are very spacious. A bonus for us was that the two rooms with king beds were on opposite floors and opposite sides of the house. All of the beds were definitely on the firm side and the sheets could have been higher quality. The only major complaint is the constant road noise that can be heard from the upstairs master bedroom. This home is in a nice gates townhouse community with a pool and fitness center. The back side of the home has a very busy road behind it. There is a sound wall that helps control the noise downstairs but upstairs you will hear it all day and night.We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge and microwave during our stay but they did seem to have all the basic equipment needed to cook and eat a meal at home.
