This exclusive suite sits on the north west corner of a large house nestled at the end of a 400m driveway that winds high atop of Hockley Valley. Access to forest trails are steps away allowing for X-country skiing/snowshoeing in winter or hiking and fishing during warmer months. The unit comes with one indoor and one outdoor parking spot. The indoor parking spot gives access to a private entrance. Two smart TV's with wifi and satellite sit above a double sided thermostat controlled fireplace. The space Three work spaces provide comfortable work from home spaces including studio seats as well as a coffee table/hidden work station. A large walk-in closet and dressing/storage area can accommodate all your belongings. Cook and eat in, walk the magnificent private trails to find a secluded picnic spot or venture out to explore numerous nearby farm to plate restaurants. Guest access You may access the gym and yoga room, hot tub and over 88 acres around the property. Enjoy a walk through our vineyard and orchards ( help yourself to a few different varieties in the fall) or pick blueberries, strawberries, blackberries raspberries or red currants all summer long. Other things to note Private guided hiking at the famed Split Rock Narrows and The Bruce Trail are available on request. Several local breweries offer tours; Hockley Valley Brewery, Creemore and Caledon Brewrey are a few of the craft brewers that welcome visitors.
