A perfect studio loft for a couple or a small family. On the entry level is a living area with wood burning fireplace (wood available); sleeper sofa and small dining table. Although the property offers a mini-kitchen it has a standard size refrigerator; four burner stove, microwave, sink, pots/pans and dishware. There is a deck on this level with beautiful views. A full bathroom with double sinks is located on the main level. The loft offers a king bed, television.

Perfect Condo for a Ski Trip

The condo was the perfect size and location for our weekend away. Purgatory is only 1.5 miles away and Cascade Village has a shuttle to take you to the resort. The condo was extremely clean and cozy. Brandon's communications wre great for entire stay. I highly recommend this beautiful condo! gre

Stunning Views. Great for a short stay.

Great spot for a very short stay as it’s much smaller than the pictures look. It got hot in the afternoons but the host provided fans which was nice. The patio is awesome to sit on to stay cool and look at the stunning views, but the chairs were not comfy at all (tiny fold up portable chairs you see at the soccer field) so that made it not so nice. Great shower and it was nice to have a washer dryer in the unit!! Overall a very nice place to stay.

Thought our stay was going downhill as we couldnt get anything on the 2 tv's to work but Brandon was a gem! he brought a new roku box the next day and got both working!place is gorgeous and neat as a pin!it was nice to have a small refrigerator,not a little tiny one like at hotels.location was perfect,about half way between durango n silverton right off the highway yet no traffic noise.

It’s a studio with loft so good for a small family or couple looking for a good place to stay. The only thing I missed was a view facing the mountains, but it does have a balcony facing the cliff and provides fresh air with a nice screen door. Parking was convenient and the place was ready to go when we arrived. We would stay there again.
