Windows give excellent light. Separate office area with day bed.
Stone walls provide cool temperature in summer. In-floor heating provides consistent heat in winter.
Private entrance through garage with a keypad entry .
Parking available immediately outside entrance on street.
Kitchen does NOT have a stove, but does have a two burner induction countertop, bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, panini maker and kettle.
Other things to note
Owners live on first floor above unit, so quiet enjoyment of the property is a necessity.
$250 CDN cleaning fee is required to cover preparation and recovery from rental.
