Sits upon 5 acres, accessed through gated road, surrounded by 20 acres of undeveloped land. Watercraft, games, new beds and furniture along with a modern, open kitchen for the family vacation of a lifetime. A location you'll return to year after year. (15% surcharge on base fee for CAD holiday weekends). Limited to 3 weeks of rentals per year.

Former summer camp owner who fell in love with this lake as a camper, then camp owner, now cottage owner. Still working these days, so I'd love to have returning, well-regarded, respectful guests use the cottage when I am unable.

The secluded property guarantees privacy for those seeking time away (with reliable Starlink internet for the work from home crowd). Miles upon miles of running, biking, and hiking trails and a pristine waterfront on a very uncrowded Ahmic Lake of drink-pure water. Limited to 3 weeks of rental per year.
